It has a quite good location. but still little bit far from the city center. And staff at front desk are not that work well. they are sometimes confusing what bed is available. also they are not that concentrating on the online booking. seems like… But really clean and good facilities i highly recommend

The premium quadruple room is newly renovated and had huge comfortable bathroom with bath tub and separate shower room and wc. The quadruple room had a king bed and a queen sofa bed. When the sofa bed is opened there's no room to walk. The main lift broke down one the day we checked out. Luckily there are other smaller lifts nearby. Breakfast was very good with sausages bacan boiled eggs and many types of pastries, cereal, milk, juices and coffee. Very convenient location.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. The location is very good. I don't have to choose a bus or subway to go to several checkpoints in Paris. I will go right and turn, less than 5 minutes is the Louvre, breakfast is OK, I have not accepted the size of the room, the price is still partial high.

Hotel service is very good is the price 8k+ also told me to upgrade the room The triple room turned out to be an extra bed, I thought I entered the wrong room. . . This price is really. . . . However, the surroundings are very close, and the decoration is still good.

Decided to book a last minute trip to Paris & my partner had booked this hotel as part of a package. Upon searching the hotel, I was very skeptical how this hotel would be and had very low standards of arriving due to all the reviews I’d read. The room & hotel were clean and tidy, staff are lovely and nothing was a hassle for them, breakfast was brought out quickly and re-filled if finished! Only downfall being how tiny the bathroom is, quite a struggle getting round about everything in the bathroom as it’s all packed in so tightly & the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but that bit wasn’t too much of a bother to me as the pillows made up for it! Two stars knocked off primarily for the size of bathroom and mattress but can’t grumble too much due to the price paid! Still very happy and satisfied with our stay.

The hotel's entrance is not obvious, but the location is very good, very close to the Louvre, Lafayette is not far away, go out to the shopping street, there are Giorgio Ar***i, Louis Vitton, Chloe, Celine and so on. The hotel bathroom and bathing area are separate and the facilities are modern. Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed. Breakfast is Western food, good quality, if you can have a little Chinese food, after all, there are quite a lot of Chinese people. Wenhua's service is as good as ever. Going to Paris later is still the first choice.

The location is unbeatable as far as distance from many historic attractions. For the price of the room ($700) it is quite expensive as the room is simple, as are the amenities. Most of the hotel staff were friendly. Check in and check out went smoothly. When I went to ask about a power adapter, the person I spoke to was short and rude with me. My partner is French and everyone was more friendly with him and willing to help.

Environment: The room is very spacious and the location is five minutes walk from Galeries Lafayette. Service: The little brother at the front desk is too handsome, very French and very caring and old and we wink. The security at the door is also very good. Recently, the French riots will remind us not to run around at night and tell us which areas can't go. Facilities: The hotel's restaurant food is also delicious!

Housekeeper took away my personal item intentionally. I placed a eggshell-white coloured plastic cup on the basin of the bathroom. It is obviously different from the cups provided by the hotel Then I put my toothbrush, toothpaste and floss into the cup. On the final night of my stay, when I returned to the room at night, I was shocked to find that my cup was missing. The three items originally in the cup were neatly placed next to the tap, exactly where the cup should have been. (See the attached sink image). I believe that my cup was not mistakenly thrown away because the items in the cup have to be intentionally removed from the cup . The cup was taken away intentionally and dishonestly. I reported the issue to the receptionist on the same night and in the next morning. They said that they checked with the housekeepers and did not find the cup. After the stay, I sent an email to the hotel to express my disappointment and demanded an apology. The hotel never replied to my email. I have never encountered such unpleasant and disappointing experience during hotel stays. The integrity of housekeepers has seriously damaged the safety of the hotel. If you will stay there, do not request cleaning or else you could expect to lose anything in the room.
