Increíble lugar. Es paradisiaco y perfectamente cuidado. Sus empleados son amables y atentos. Un diez. Ideal para parejas y familias. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias. La restauración es original, algo no habitual por esta zona.

Foi uma estadia excelente, minha esposa amou tudo eu amei a piscina água quente e, atendimento muito bom desde a, recepção até os garçons, gratidão por ser atendido por Jonas o rapaz muito atencioso e simpático, café da manhã muito bom, só uma observação as TOALHAS DO NOSSA QUARTO, MUITO DURA, acho que deveria troca por novas, pretendemos voltar em breve. Nota 10

Uma excelente opção de hospedagem em contato com a natureza. Ambiente bucólico com muita paz e tranquilidade. O local consta com dois lagos, quatro piscinas (sendo uma exclusivamente para os hóspedes) as outras são de uso dos usuários do sistema day use. Dispõem de uma criação de animais para visitação que apresenta faisão, pavão, galinhas, codornas, porcos, cavalos, saguis. No lago fica a disposição dos hóspedes os pedalinhos. Conta com bar e dois restaurantes. Os melhores quartos são os da piscina com um excelente visual do complexo. O restaurante principal, que não tem nome próprio, e que eu designei de Magestic é muito bem decorado, com mobiliário de época e estilo clássico. Os pratos são muito bem elaborados e com preços super acessíveis, com destaque para o polvo e a lagosta. Os garçons super atenciosos com destaque para a Rafaela, o Guilherme e o Maique. O café da manhã no bar da piscina é de boa qualidade e variedade com o colaborador Jonas fazendo a diferença. As Vanessas da recepção são super atenciosas, educadas e prestativas. O Fiore ainda oferece aos hóspedes acesso gratuito ao ANAUE Beach Club que fica a cerca de 200 mts da portaria. Tivemos ainda a indicação para nosso transfer e passeios locais do Júnior Maguila (82) 8146-3442, grande dica que indico.

Estadia quase perfeita. O local é muito bem cuidado. Jardins impecáveis e pensados para surpreender os visitantes. As piscinas são quentes limpas e variadas. Meu filho adorou. O que poderia melhorar seria o café da manhã. Achei pouco variado e dificilmente fica uma pessoa no ambiente para auxiliar os hóspedes. Também perguntei se servia omelete e um rapaz disse que não. Achei estranho e vim olhar os comentários aqui na plataforma. Acabei achando uma pessoa afirmando que serviam omelete. No segundo dia, perguntei a outro funcionário e ele informou que servia, mas meio com má vontade. Pedi duas, mas ele só trouxe uma e com uma cara meio feia. Também não gostei do atendimento do restaurante. Pedi um vinho no primeiro dia, que demorou tanto que terminei de comer a massa e não chegou o danado do vinho. Suspendo o pedido. No segundo dia, pedi outra massa que não estava boa. Estava sem sal. Solicitei ao garçom para trazer sal. Ele ouvido e foi atender a outra mesa. Meu prato ficou frio e terminei deixando pra lá. Achei os preços caros para o atendimento e a qualidade dos produtos. No entanto, o ambiente é muito lindo. O que falta mesmo é treinar os funcionários. Fomos recebidos com cortesia apenas na recepção.

O lugar é legal , mas a música na piscina é brega da pior espécie . Triste . Poderia colocar música universal . Tipo internacionais ou MPB . Mas da próxima vou trazer um fone de ouvido . Lugar inesquecível, contato 100%com a natureza. Muito bem cuidado e limpo. Quartos espaçosos e aconchegantes, muita paz!! Funcionários prestativos e gentis. Pizzaria à noite oferece sabores deliciosos de uma verdadeira pizza italiana! Restaurante com cardápio variado e muito bem servido. O que mais me encantou foi a imensidão da fazenda!! Lago maravilhoso! Piscinas sempre limpas e todo conforto à disposição! Voltaremos muitas vezes!
