I was going to write a nice review of this place and thought to also go coming back next year. Even looking past the little things and the annoying miserable tightness of the establishment who like to hand supposed Ultra All Inclusive guests with menus that are full of things you are not allowed to have. Plus many other things missing from all inclusive vs the many all over the world I’ve been to for over 30 years. The last day seems trivial, but it really left us with a bad finish to our holiday and it was a matter of principle. Having arrived after midnight on what was then Monday morning, we went for late arrival late return so we could enjoy a full last day of our holiday. When at other all inclusives, while you except you don’t get your room for the full 7 days. That’s the con of the hotel world we all accept, once we checked-out in the morning of our last day, our app was deactivated and we had to pay for all food and drink for the 7th day. It’s not about the money. It’s about the principle of the matter. It made us feel like we should be gone and yes, it did mean we spent extra that we shouldn't have had to. We didn't book and pay for a 6 day holiday. When we went for our last lunch we were hit with this surprise and treated as if we didn’t belong anymore. They were different towards us. Very odd. Especially as we had treated them in such a respectful and friendly manner. Always being complimentary throughout and we’d barely consumed much as we don’t drink much. The server said she didn’t know what to do before I’d barely questioned anything and she swiftly brought the manager over who said “you’ve checked-out so you now have no room number and there’s nothing I can do”. I didn’t even complain or make a scene. Just asked a question and he quickly walked off saying “I don’t have 3 hours to have this conversation”. (I get the feeling he’s had to have this awkward conversation many times before). Either way, he was very rude as we obviously didn't matter to him anymore. So we were then sat there hungry with everyone having walked away. Sitting there in the restaurant with no explanation. I had to get up and ask the manager if we could eat as we were hungry! While I didn’t think it was right to only get 6 days for paying for 7 days I was prepared to pay for our lunch. I’m not sensitive but felt like our time was up. We’d had our 6 days and they could even be bother to talk to us or explain anything. Even reception just shrugged their shoulders and when I wrote to them after the holiday they couldn't even be bothered to reply. We were looking forward to making the most of our last day with a late flight back. But I felt rubbish to be honest. Just the miserable tight attitude of the management who are clearly not short of money and now we know why. As said, I have been to all-inclusive resorts and hotels all over the world for 30 years and have not been treated this way on my last day ever before. This small but important ex

Firstly I wanted to say we throughly enjoyed our 2 week stay and would definitely come back. It would get a 5 star but for a number small issues which could easily be rectified. All the points I make are given to hopefully improve peoples stay and help the hotel improve. Room 226. Can’t fault the room for comfort and cleanliness. A little more storage would be good. Put having been to Greece numerous times it seems to be an issue everywhere. What I would say the partial sea view is definitely not worth the money. Partial being the word !! Better with a premium garden view room. We were staying ultra inclusive. ! But be prepared to get stung if you eat in the a la carte restaurant. Our bill was £150 one night. !! The choice of drinks are good. And never an issue getting served. The buffet style dinner does get a bit repetitive. ! All the food served from the beach and pool bars are very good. And you can always get a pizza for example for your dinner if you don’t fancy the buffet again ! Breakfast is good But it’s a lot better experience at the kokona restaurant. We spent a lot of our time at the kitron pool and bar Big shout out to Barbara at kitron brilliant. ! Also big shout to Denis his sister Anna Maria and sorry I can’t remember his name the guy in charge at Alesea Also the brilliant Aradee (sorry if the spelling is incorrect. ) Also guest relations lady Roxanna who helped us numerous times and arranged a wonderful evening at taverna o Theios up in the mountains for us. I was impressed by the general manager and I have to say how refreshing to see a GM who is present everyday and not scared to do anything. !! On the negative side I am not sure of his name but the scruffy looking guy with thick black rim glasses who wears old t shirts and sits behind the counter between ammo’s bar and the seafood restaurant is very rude and unwelcoming particularly to my daughter one evening. All I can think is he an owner or someone high up because he definitely doesn’t fit in with the rest of the lovely staff. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and will be back and have recommended it to friends and family. One of which has booked and is coming next year. Xx

Wonderful beach resort to visit with your family, the beaches are so beautiful, the sand is so soft it's like walking on a carpet. We went there on a big family trip with my extended family and we were so relaxed and enjoyed every second. I recommend it also with small kids

This was the third time we had stayed at Parga Beach Resort and our holiday was as lovely as the previous times. Everything was perfect. Our lovely room which was always cleaned to perfection, the beautiful, well kept grounds, and the lovely staff who were always happy and smiling. We stayed on bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was always very good and was always replenished immediately.

We recently stayed at the Parga Beach hotel. The room, sea views and food were lovely. The staff couldn't do enough. A special mention for Voula, she was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Voula is clearly an asset to the hotel and her genuine love for the place is evident. Well done team Parga Beach we recommend you!
