Just got back from the Alfa Hotel, we got upgraded to a suite which was a lovely gesture. This is a small family run Hotel, which is very clean and has been modernised, the staff are very very helpful and friendly, especially Angel behind the bar, he made you feel very welcome. The cleaner's were there constantly doing an amazing job outside and in your room. You had no issue getting a sunbed in the morning and the pool was lovely with sun throughout the day. It was on a back road, so you don't get traffic noise around the pool and only a 10 min walk into the main town, would say that the hotel is mainly for people over 40 as doesn't have many facility for Kids etc, which was a bonus for us. Would recommend this hotel and would go back again if you can get in as it is so popular. The Breakfast was Basic, but will say that is was being replenished all the time and again was good quality. we didn't eat in the restaurant at night, but was told that is was excellent.

From the time you step into this place we just knew it was going to be amazing! Check-in was really easy Rooms were modern and spotlessly clean Breakfast was simple but tasty The restaurant was 10/10 so delicious and in our opinion the best in Parga Enough sun beds for everyone ALL staff were friendly and helpful Lots of hugs with the staff and the family who run this boutique hotel when we were leaving Location was perfect for us a 10 minute walk to harbour and beach The pool was cool but it was May and what you expect Great ambience and background music on around the pool We heard the hotel is full this year and bookings in place for next we are not surprised. It’s a hidden gem!

Leaving tomorrow after another wonderful holiday in the Alfa. I have never stayed in a hotel that is so well managed and this is due to Dimitri and his team. You will not fail to enjoy your holiday if you stay here. I’m not going to single any particular aspect of this hotel out for praise as it is 10/10 for everything. I love you Hotel Alfa

We had stayed at the Alfa once before and had a good time so we decided to return. Whilst we were there, the pool constantly overflowed the drainage gulley into the sunbed area.There was an elderly man who was attending to it but it kept happening. We checked with the bar staff as we thought an overflowing pool suggested that filters were blocked but we were told the pool was fine. We went into the pool the day before going home. My husband swam under water and said it was cloudy so we got out. Within 2 days of returning home, my husband developed a nasty ear infection. He ended up in hospital on iv antibiotics for 8 days and then returned home with a further 6 week course of antibiotics. We were told by the consultant that the bacteria causing the infection was prevalent in swimming pools that are not properly maintained. The Alfa pool was the only one we had been in. We took our concerns to Tui who passed this onto their insurers. Surprise, surprise, all liability has been rejected because the hotel apparently keeps meticulous records and their pool is pristine. Nevertheless, 1. The pool was constantly overflowing. 2. The elderly gent was constantly attending the pool filtration plant. 3. The water was cloudy when we finally did swim in it. 4. My husband was seriously ill as a result. Be sure to avoid swimming pools containing cloudy water.

We have visited Parga many times before but have never managed to stay in the Alfa due to returning visitors. This year I was quick enough snd I am so pleased I persevered. It’s a lovely hotel, the rooms lovely, beds very comfy. The air-con is the best I have come across in Greece. The pool and bar area is so pretty. The food at breakfast is good and at night it turns into the 5 Senses, one of the best restaurants in Parga. A special shout out to Ilias, he is a magician when it comes to cocktails. All in all, the Alfa i Provided us with the perfect holiday, and yes, I have managed to book again for next year! Can’t wait!

We have been here before and the hotel is one that many return to . The pool & bar can be used by anyone but there is never a shortage of sunbeds . The cocktails are good not like some in Parga which are flavoured syrups - be careful .The rooms are of a high standard and that is probably why so many return . A short walk into the front at Parga and you are there . We hired a car this time at "Enterprise" - next to Petros restaurant - worked out at £127 + £44 in petrol for three days - new Fiat 500 - paid the extra €10 a day in case of a bump - which would mean the maximum they would charge is €150 instead of €1000 - a better deal . Plenty to do in Parga - I would say it is mainly the 40+ gang who are on holiday here so it hasn't turned into a Kavos or Falaraki type place yet . A lot of people look at hotels and they are not in Parga but in Valtos or Lichnos beach - so if you are looking to book make sure that you are not mislead by the description and they are saying it is in Parga when it maybe nearby . That is why this hotel is the one to go for as it is in Parga and a nice stroll into the centre .The restaurants are pretty much all good value - not a lot in it really . The "Five Senses" restaurant at this hotel is something else if you want a really good meal - you won't be disappointed . Well I think I have told you everything - just book it if you can get in !

Excellent friendly hotel, family run. The pool is clean with plenty of parasols for shade and sunbeds so no need for very early trip to reserve a bed. It is complete with a bar which sell snacks. The rooms are bright, clean, modern and stylish they have a good sized shower and are complete with a USB charging connection. The only thing missing is a full length mirror.

In our opinion this is the best hotel in Parga. We’ve been coming many years and still love the hotel, family and staff. A modern hotel that has a fabulous pool, spotlessly clean rooms and a great restaurant attached. The bar area opens onto the pool and food is good either for snacks or main meals. Really clean well looked after swimming pool and sun beds.
