As someone who tends to not have the time or energy to write reviews after a holiday i had to come and make sure I wrote one about this hotel as this was a truly amazing holiday. Rooms: we stayed in one of the upstairs apartment rooms, there was a downstairs with a bed, pull out bed and sofa with lots of storage and tv. Upstairs had a lovely double bed with good storage too. The room was cleaned daily and the cleaners did a fabulous job. Food/Drinks: I am the fussiest eater and can honestly say I never stopped eating all holiday. The meat on the grill was always cooked to perfection, there was lots to choose from at all meal times and I never found it ever cold. The snack bar was good for light bites especially for my son when he didnt want to stop playing and I liked that the ice cream was help yourself and not rationed like some all inclusive. Cocktails were good and bar staff were really friendly, maybe could do with one or two more at busy times. Pool/Waterpark: pool was good size and always found a seat and the waterpark was really amazing. So many slides to choose from, plus a giant wave pool and lazy river. My son loved every bit of it. Entertainment: I loved that through the day they did different things like a pizza party for the kids. Evening entertainment was ok, we were sad we missed the Greek night was on the Monday we arrived but the other nights were your usual all inclusive nighttime entertainment. All the staff were very friendly and couldn't do more for us especially the girls on the reception. Hope to return again.

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable with lots of space for a family of 5. The food in the restaurant was very good, lots of variety. The kids entertainment wasn't for my kids but they absolutely loved the water park and they had a wonderful time. The pool side bar and grill were very good. The kids loved the all you can eat ice cream. During our stay we didn't encounter a single problem. Would definitely return. The staff were all polite and helpful. The lifeguards are particularly on the ball which is reassuring and all of them chatty great with the kids.

We had a fantastic stay! The food was good with a nice variety, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool and water park — absolutely brilliant for both kids and adults. A great spot for a fun and relaxing holiday. The snack bar near the pool was brilliant could get ice cream o tap which the kids loved, we also got shuttle into town centre which was free from hotel.

Our last day today….resort has been great all the hotel staff have been very friendly and amazing 🙂 clean rooms and always gave us clean towels. Bar staff are great 🙂 guys from entertainment very friendly,funny,chatty and always want everyone to get involved. They are all unbelievable dancers. Paquito always very helpful and great with the kids 🙂 overall we had a great experience 🤩

Great holiday with my son and his friend , we had an amazing holiday , shout out to spyros on the pool bar knowing our drink order before we even got to the bar and had them ready , also the lovely lady in the upstairs bar where they had the entertainment unfortunately can’t remember her name . The entertainment guys were amazing , always wanting you to get involved and having a laugh . Billy , Chimo, paco and Alix , great team of lads who helped us enjoy our holiday even more.

Excellent holiday would highly recommend, probably the cleanest all inclusive resort we have stayed in, staff are lovely Management are helpful and friendly. Entertainment team are amazing, really engaging with adults and children. 110% effort made! 5 year old wants to stay here forever!

everything around the resort clean and comfort 10/10. waterpark is brilliant you can never get bored of it and the reps are absolutely brilliant always making sure you have the best holiday you can. Kimo is one of the reps there and just want to mention him because the hole time i was there he made sure me and my family had the best time and always had a laugh with us, he is the most genuine rep i’ve ever met👌

Amazing hotel super friendly staff good choice of food lots of different pools for the children to enjoy different entertainment each night brilliant mini disco for the children and parents lovely size family room everything is easy access perfect if u need a buggy for little ones

Awful my children’s feet are cut to ribbons from the wave pool and there is blood all around all the pools lots of children limping around we have an ant infestation in the room there is a constant smell of sewage all over the site the renovations are not complete gym and sauna/spa are not open they still have building work going on drilling banging skip lorry’s driving round building Lorry’s dropping off building materials constantly they only have the buffet and one snack bar entertainment leaves a lot to be desired food is very repetitive and not of the best quality in fact the snack bar food is better than the buffet the bus to the beach don’t run the whole time we were there the bus to town drops you a considerable distance from town if you have mobility issues the are conditioning does not work
