Os passeios quando fecha junto com a hospedagem são legais também. Jacuzzi aquecida e piscina bem grande. Unico ponto que das 4 jacuzzi somente uma é aquecida e só pode 30 minutos por quarto. Poderiam aquecer as outras uma vez que o tempo que passamos todas as outras estavam vazias.

Stayed here with my family for a week and the place was incredible, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paraty. It's a bit far from the historic center so you'll need a car to move around and explore. ROOM We stayed at Suíte Master, the room was very big and clean. The bathroom was very spacious, with good toiletries included and a shower with nice water pressure and temperature. It had a large TV with many channels available, a good aircon system, and a mini fridge. I liked that the minibar was empty so we could buy our own drinks and keep them cold. Even though the room was in front of a pool and the car parking, it wasn't noisy at all. It was nice to chill and have a drink on the veranda after a day out. The bed was comfortable with a nice mattress and pillows. STAFF All the staff was very friendly and helpful in any area of the hotel, but especially the restaurant staff. RESTAURANT The food at the restaurant was really good, we ate there almost every day because of it, and everything we tried from the menu was great. The drinks were also very good, especially Jorge Amado. The buffet breakfast was excellent with so many options to choose from. The only negative was the burger place, I actually didn't try the burger myself, but I went with the family one night for dinner and they all complained that the meat was overcooked. I liked that I could sit at the burger place with them, but order meals from the restaurant menu. POOLS The 3 pools are very nice, but only one is heated, and it was always very crowded, especially in the evening. The other 2 pools were very nice during the day but a bit cold in the evening, but also I didn't visit during summer. I didn't appreciate that people are allowed to drink in the pool, so people had their beer bottles with them inside the pool, or bottles sitting at the edge of the pool, which can be quite dangerous if a bottle breaks and glass falls inside the pool. Not sure it's even allowed, but there was no one stopping people from doing it. FACILITIES The gym seemed quite large and nice, but I didn't use it. The sauna was good. The kid's area was nice and a great addition to keep the niece entertained, but it was good fun for the adults as well. I enjoyed the massage chairs as well. WIFI The wifi worked well throughout all the areas of the hotel

This hotel was wonderful, the service was fantastic for the most part. I say for the most part because I had to wait over 30 minute for a few bottles of water and needed to call twice. Also they don't really know much about technology...I figured out the TV myself and the A/C had a timer set to go off in the middle of the night, I called downstairs, no one came so I figured it out for myself. For a luxury property it would have been nice to have a makeup mirror in the bathroom and a box of tissues ( I bought my own box). One last critic would have been great to have the serve of someone to iron your clothes . We also needed adaptors so we could use our electronics (and my friend with me was from Rio, but still needed one as there was no way to plug in your cell phone charger). One more HUGE thing, the floor in the shower is a bit slippery and there is no handrail, nothing to grab onto, a bit dangerous, no matter what your age and I would have like brighter lightbulbs in the bathroom. On a Positive note (and there were many) Room was clean and bed huge and comfy and quiet at night for sleeping. Double sinks in the bathroom a plus. Everyone was super friendly and breakfast was fantastic. Pool and gardens were lovely, lush and tropical. The ice cream shop Miracolo was a dream, we went for ice cream every afternoon, not to be missed. And the restaurant Pupus was truly exceptional, the service was 5 stars and the food was prenominal. We booked a few days at the Selina in Paraty, having stayed at the São Paulo Selina just before. We had an amazing stay in Paraty and ended up extending a few more days - we actually still weren’t ready to leave at that point! Staff are very welcoming and Leo went over and above to make us feel welcome and answer any/all questions we had! Communal areas are great for meeting people in a relaxed setting and there’s loads of space to work, with good WiFi. We stayed in the loft and couldn’t have asked for anything more, perhaps less rain but even with less than ideal weather we still had a great time! Would recommend for those looking for a chilled out break in a beautiful setting.

I booked 2 nights in this place on December 30 and 31 and it costed me $150 the night, where the normal price won’t exceed the $50. I thought the price was in reales but it was in dollars, so I hoped it would be a really nice place due to the price. There was no security box, the wifi was incredibly slow (I had to do some work and couldn’t due it from the room), there were ants over the table, no hair drier, the handle of the door was broken and there was no lamp next to the bed. I emailed the owner and he never responded it. I went to talk to him in person and ask him if he got it but he said he had nothing to say and that the booking was my mistake. I explained all the issues I found with the room and that I was expecting a refund due to them, but he never took responsibility for them and blamed me again for the booking. I was expecting responsibility on the matter. I thought that position was greedy, he knows I didn’t want to book at that price, that it was’t the normal cost of the hotel due to holidays and that I found many issues in the room.

Che lagarto is very well located on historical city center of Paraty, near of bakeries, markets, stores, restaurants and the walking zone of the city center. It's a very quiet place to stay, you will definitely be comfortable to walk a lot, drink all night, and return for a very good night of sleep. I had ride 750km by bike to get there and they even let me use their space to get things clean and safe. The place have all the facilities that you will need during your stay - fridge, stove, sink, tables, bar (last call 23:59), pool, snooker, soccer table, 24h reception, sheets, and maintenance if needed. I had a problem with air in the tubes of my shower, because of the heave rains, and they fixed in 10min. If you have any problems, please, communicate, they will definitely try to help you before anything goes wrong with your staying. I supposed to stay only 3 nights, but I stayed 8 on the private room. Nice bed, big bathroom, air conditioner, Television (but I didn't even tried to turn it on, you won't needed), and a very good card key system, I was able to enter in the room every time with no problems in 8 days (first in many). They have some rules like any other place, be aware, and go have some fun. You can use their lockers any time. I stayed with them after one of the worst storms the region suffered, and the cleaning was very impressive considering what they passed. And again, if something it's not right to you, please communicate, people can't imagine what things your are thinking or passing, and maybe that it's a chance to fix things right away or do things better next time. The staff is amazing - Jacques, Bea, Diana, Diogo, Antonio, Marcão, Mia - and more. I had a chance to talk with everyone, always friendly, curious, and helpful, you will definitely find some answers about food, drinks, sightseens, boats, beaches, directions, and so on. if you see they are busy, be patient, if you need something, use your questions to get all the answers you need. If you like snooker, Marcão and Jacques will be a very strong players if available. And if you need more accurate game with them, Diana can provide you a very nice ”Jorge Amado” to improve your aim. You will find people from all over the world, ages, singles, or couples. Be friendly, gentle and opened, the Paraty experience will be much more easier and amazing with.

I had been hosted 8 years ago and decided to return to remember the hosting that had been good in the past , for my disappointment stay was completely disappointing, breakfast was delayed, there was not even a cheese , I asked a toast to warm the bread and there was no , I went to talk to the hostess owner Mrs. Lidia, who was extremely ignorant with me , I spoke to her that I worked in the hotel area in Copacabana and that coffee was not I had to be spectacular, but that a cheese or a cheese toast was the basic , so she changed and answered me in a extremely cruel and rhythmical way: I don't care if you are from the hotel area, I don't care about your complaint until because many complain and that doesn't matter!!! If you are not satisfied leave!!! Even shouting told me: if you want to record I speaking, stay the will to place on the site!!! I didn't believe what I was listening to and saw I was wasting my time with my suggestion, and then I went to the room to prepare me to check out, and while my daughter was taking a bath, water was missing and I realized she sent off the water to that we couldn't take a bath !!!! That was the most disappointing and absurd accommodation I had !!! I never imagined that during all that was of hotel would be present such a lack of education of a person who says owner 🤷
