There were three of us. We arrived at night, and received a very unfriendly welcome. We received no information about the area. The shower didn't work. Breakfast started at 8:30, which was impossible before then. The breakfast coffee was terrible, and it made me feel sick. Finally, they wouldn't let us use the bathroom before we left; it was in the afternoon. A Brazilian agency called Infinitas took us there. Their lack of friendliness and professionalism were notable. The location is not in the historic center.

The experience at this place was very bad. The room smells of mold, everything seems improvised, the fan, air conditioning and minibar in the room are old and run down. The bed linens are old, the comforter I used is super old. Breakfast is served late, for the price charged the coffee is not worth the price charged. The owner - Tamara, does not make the slightest effort to please the guest, I asked her to leave my bags after checkout, she kept complaining, and asked me to ask a coworker if I could leave them in her room. If I could post without any stars, I would. For me the experience of this stay was horrible.

The owner of the inn is not very helpful, the breakfast is very poor, and served very late for an inn and a tourist place. It smells of mold, the room and towels are cleaned and changed every 3 days. The room I stayed in did not have a good smell, the bathroom was not really clean, and the service from the receptionist was not the best. Breakfast is served very late (8:30). I do not recommend it and I would not stay there again.

Everything was perfect. The guesthouse is run by Tamara and her husband. The bed is comfortable, the shower is excellent, the air conditioning is very good, and the breakfast is delicious every day. It is located a few blocks from the historic center, in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the Paraty bus station. We would definitely stay there again!!!!

Excellent family inn. The service, cleanliness, and rooms are all top-notch. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The owners are warm and helpful. The location is ideal. It was definitely a good choice to choose them... They made my vacation feel twice as good, because after a day of sun and beach, there's nothing better than returning to a comfortable and loving home. I give them a ten out of ten! :)
