I want to praise Ali's excellent service, very attentive, friendly and polite, I highly recommend it, very hot water in the shower, clean towels and bed linen, high quality air conditioning and television, a really nice balcony to sit on, everything very natural.

Great location, close to everything, a little away from the historic center but easy to get around! It's a peaceful place, a good instructor and a very attentive staff! My wife, my son and I were well received! We stayed in chalet 01 where we could prepare our own meals! We will be back, God willing!

A experiência poderia ter sido melhor, funcionários gentis e atenciosos. As acomodações deixam muito a desejar, hospedamos no chalé 01, tem um gambá que passa a noite andando no teto, também caiu urina do gambá 2x em cima da cama enquanto dormíamos, trocamos para um quarto muito menor e foi cobrado o mesmo valor(!!!)Os itens descritos nas pequenas cozinhas também não estão disponíveis na hospedagem, apenas alguns poucos itens e no segundo quarto tínhamos apenas 2 copos. O café da manhã é bem servido e por funcionários extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos, o único problema foi que não tinha variedade, todos os dias as mesmas opções.

A pousada é extremamente demais !!!! Em todos os aspectos. Muito arborizada, ar fresco, gatinhos, piscina boa e o café da manhã não sei nem como descrever!! A Ângela sabe cozinhar viu? Eu pedi rabanadas e ela fez especialmente para nós! Tudo eh servido a la carne na mesa ( o q até é demais) na minha opinião. Você come tanto e tão bem que só vai querer jantar! Sem dúvida voltaria e recomendaria de olhos fechados

Experiência indescritível, a pousada possui uma ótima estrutura, extremamente bonita, os quartos são aconchegantes e limpos, tem camas macias e ar condicionado. Sobre o atendimento, sem sombra de dúvidas é o seu diferencial, são extremamente atenciosos para resolução de problemas, no café da manhã servem o café em sua mesa, dando um ótimo atendimento e acolhimento, o café da manhã é maravilhoso, bem variado e a todo momento estão preucupados se estão bem servidos ou não. Elogio especial ao Fabiano, pessoa extremamente atenciosa, faz atendimentos em inglês e português, seu atendimento é nota 1000, sempre busca ajudar, dar indicações. Mas resumidamente essa pousada não deixa nada a desejar, tudo é perfeito!

Pousada e restaurante maravilhosos. Funcionários atenciosos, em especial o Fabiano, sempre muito receptivo e cortes e a moça da cozinha que não me recordo o nome, que carregou meu bebê para que a gente tomasse um café tranquilo.
