L'emplacement est top, le personnel sympa, l'endroit du petit déjeuner incroyable. A partir du jour où nous avons réservé chez Geko, à la moindre de mes demandes que ce soit pour des transferts, des excursions, des renseignements, j'ai toujours eu un retour et quelqu'un pour m'aider dans ces démarches et demandes.

Atendimento excelente, desde o primeiro contato para a reserva, até o check-out. A instalação é confortável, limpinha, com colchas e toalhas. O café da manhã é bom, porém, poderia variar um pouco mais, ficamos por 4 dias, e praticamente foi a mesma coisa todos os dias. Pousada bem localizada, equipe incrível. Voltaria e recomendo!

Propaganda enganosa. Reservei pelo booking, quando cheguei no quarto, ele não condizia com as fotos. Era um quarto no fundo da pousada, havia um corredor entre a pousada e o quarto, caiu uma chuva muito forte, eu não conseguia passar no corredor pra ir aos cômodos compartilhados da pousada. Além disso, o teto antes da porta estava abaulado e infiltrado por agua. As paredes do quarto estavam com muita infiltração, tinha muito cheiro de mofo, e a água da chuva entrou pela porta. Dado estas condições não condizentes com as fotos, além dos demais problemas - alagamento do quarto, impossibilidade de sair do quarto, mofo - nao fiquei na pousada e pedi reembolso parcial (dado que usei o banheiro). Já tem uma semana, não obtive nenhuma resposta, apesar de tres e-mails enviados. Não sei se os demais quartos estão nestas condições. Mas esse quarto que fiquei estava não condizia com o reservado.

Fechei um pacote com a pousada para 6 dias para passar a virada de ano ,sendo eu, meu esposo e minha filha . Desde o primeiro contato sempre foram muito atenciosos . O café da manhã simples porém completo , a pousada é bem organizada e o quarto com tudo funcionando certinho. Achei muito legal que deixaram uma champanhe e três taças de cortesia para gente comemorar a virada do ano , parabéns pelo carinho que tiveram ao se preocupar com esse detalhe . Gostei e indico a pousada .

Propaganda enganosa! A pousada não oferece nenhum conforto, desligam o Wi-Fi a partir de meia noite e só ligam as 7 do dia seguinte, a tv parece um tablet de tão pequena e pra variar não funciona, o quarto minúsculo as malas tiveram que ficar espalhadas pelo chão, paguei 4 diárias e fiquei 2 pois não tinha condições. O café da manhã ao ar livre cheio de moscas e simplesmente não tampam tive que reclamar. O atendimento da pousada ok mas infelizmente não vale o preço que cobram. Adoro Paraty é meu terceiro passeio mas esse foi frustrante por conta da pousada que está mais pra alberguer. Sem mais...
