The bathroom did not have any ventilation fan nor a window for fresh air , hence it had mouldy smell.
There was only one tiny roll of toilet paper left on the toilet paper holder. NO spare toilet paper roll. We had to call housekeeping to ask for one more roll.
There was very little hot water the first night. So we had to take cold showers.
the second day, the hot water came back.
The view from the hotel was good.
The facilities were really poor.
It was a shame.

sebelum booking,menanyakan tipe kamar, yang bisa akses kursi roda,ternyata. aduh, turun tangga lebih dari 30 anak tangga dan curam.saya pesan junior suite dengan 2ranjang gede, di kasi ganti superior dengan 2ranjang kecil. minta 1extra bed, gak di kasi, minta kembali selisih harga,tidak boleh.
beginilah hotel hotel yang di kelola oleh manajemen yang tidak profesional. nggak kembali lagi

Sedikit lambat dalam hal persiapkan kamar, dari jam 11 . 00 wib sampai di hotel dan konfirmasi chek in, jam 15.00 wib baru bisa masuk kamar

Lokasi Kamarnya tidak begitu cocok untuk kita yang membawa lansia dikarenakan lokasi kamar tidak terkoneksi langsung ke lobby hotel dan harus melalui naik turun tangga manual untuk menuju ke kamar. Jika cuaca hujan juga akan memusingkan kita untuk keluar dari kamar hotel. View nya bagus! Hanya Toiletnya saja yang bau.

Overall sangat baik, dimulai dari service,kebersihan kamar,lokasi serta breakfast dan lunch ( lunch jika ada season liburan) disajikan dengan sangat baik, all in one smua ada dalam hotel khas parapat ini. Sangat di recommend utk menginap dan holiday bareng family. Hasil foto dari staycation in khas parapat.
