HOTEL IS GRATE! but trip.com didn't do the job. the hotel didn't received the confirmation from trip.com and I paid twice!!!

Poor service received from the concierge desk not just once but twice. Asked the concierge to book me a grab going to Terminal 3 but he booked terminal 1 instead and the same thing happened when were about to check out, I asked the concierge to book us to go to Shell Residences but he booked us to Shore residences instead and because of that, I had to book a grab again and pay.

Great room. Our luggage were brought to our room even before we reached the room. Food were pricey but expected. Staff are helpful.

Excellent place to stay and best of the hotels that i experienced , shuttle was very helpful too going places they have scheduled.Casino was also fun. The pool was so relaxing to beat the heat of the summer. The restaurants are easy access once you are hungry. Facilities and everything was perfect. I love OKADA.

staying Okada it is okay but their system is down and nO wifi the whole stay. the people there is good very friendly but the service of their wifi is totally zero and it is annoying

One of the best if not the best hotel I have stayed in. The opulence of the place is amazing. Our room is huge and it’s only a deluxe room. Value for money and will definitely come back here again with the kids.

I like their superb services and their attentiveness to the need of the customer. Though its a little expensive its worth it. btw my room is a twin room they gave me a free upgrade to Grand Deluxe I felt so surprise and happy with my room. And the room is so spacious and facing fountain foyer so i get to watch fountain dance at night by 9pm. If im given a chance again i would like to choose this hotel 3rd time again. I hope my little review will help you have fun and enjoy ur stay. Thank you.

A Nice 5 star hotel , expenive but it Wörth it . The stafs are very friendly and hellpful. To bad that we Could enjoy longer. They have many restaurants in there , many choices,, they have some koreans and japonais also . Higly recomanded ,
