I booked 2 double beds and sea view but they gave us 1 double bed and not sea view.they wait us for too long to change a diff room and suprisingly our new room assigned was super dirty,super wet floors and cr too many hairs in the floor.Table,chair and beds are damaged and wifi is very weak.I cant imagine this hotel is newly opened.

A little bit far away from the historical center, Intramuros etc, still most of the biggest shopping malls are somewhat close. No deposit box in the room. It’s equipped with some sort of “kitchen”, but no plates etc inside. Very comfortable bed. The staff tries to be very helpful, still you have sometimes to remind your request because tend to forget something. Breakfast was awful. This one definitely has to be improved since there’s a very little choice (like three dishes) and sometimes even that comes to an end so you have to wait for new buffet portions. Instant, not brewed, coffee.

This is not proper hotel.... Receptionist don't know how to proceed check-in, the room my friend booked is not ready and they charged higher price than my friend paid. Not advisable to book here. nothing around and local told me this area is not advisable to stay.

Close to the airport, 20 minutes by taxi, but Grab can't find the entrance to the hotel at the address specified in the app. Everything in the room is very well done, beautiful, modern, the mattresses are a dream! But! There is simply no drain in the shower. Water accumulates in the shower and flows into the bathroom area. There was no hot water, although there is a heater, I turned it on to maximum, but I had to harden myself. A free transfer was announced, I wrote to the hotel twice, did not receive an answer. I got there on my own. When I entered the room, the entire bathroom from floor to ceiling was flooded with water, it was wet, the walls, the plumbing. It felt like while I was at the reception for a few minutes, the maid was pouring water on everything from the shower. There is no safe.
