It’s an old building inside the airport. No toiletries are provided so bring your own. Good thing water heater and AC are both working. The room is spacious too. Good enough for a overnight stay.

The hotel is perfect if you're only transferring in Manila. It's a 5 minute walk from the airport terminal 1. You can actually see the airport from the window of the room. The area is not very nice, but I felt completely safe walking there and the room is decent, not fancy, but also not dirty. There was toilet paper, towels, sheets and A/C. The only thing is the shampoo container was empty. But staff are helpful and nice. The bad thing is they have sold the land and apparently the hotel won't be functioning in the future.

Very very old hotel. Olskool AC type. Feels very olskool. It’s just a standard bed and toilet for you to rest and get out. But honestly it’s very clean. We’re only there for a transit for a few hours so no complains! Very near to airport can walk!

Hotel very hard to find because no prominent sign. Luckily got KFC as our guidelines. Location very near to airport terminal 1, walking distance for 10minutes. Building was very old but room are clean. Hot shower was not functional because the railing broken and the ac super old it so noisy we couldn't sleep peacefully. I always stay in budget hotel because i travelled a lot but this hotel are worst budget hotel i ever stay. If hotel can fix hot water and replace aircond i believe my review will be better. Staff are nice and friendly.

The hotel facilities are very old, the noise of air conditioning and ventilation fans makes it impossible to sleep, and I have not encountered such poor conditions in the hotel for many years. But the only advantage you can't deny is the five-minute hike to Terminal 1，😃

The location was good, very near the airports (NAIA T1 and T2). But the hotel was a bit old and rundown.

This is indeed a lifesaver hotel that is located 240 meters from the Manila International Airport. Very convenient aside from its location but it is surrounded with restaurants and fastfood and that you don't need to go out somewhere far. The staff are all sooooo friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will surely book the next time.

The attendants where accommodating.  The room is very clean however, there were no towels in the room but overall it was a nice place to stay near the airport

Staff are friendly even late late at night when I arrived. Would stay there again if I had a layover its so convenient

No toothbrush and slippers provided. The linens are itchy to sleep on. Its just the location is near that is why we booked the place.

Convenient for airport transfer locationwise but pointless if you want to sleep. The curtains (aka rags) didn't close properly and there were people outside our room who shouted and laughed all night, like they were drunk. The aircon was so loud, sounded like a generator in the room. Shower only had half a door so sprayed all over the floor. Also I got some kind of itchy rash between my fingers.. Like scabies from the disgusting beds. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. One staff member was friendly and helpful. We were thankful for that. Wont be staying here again.
