A lovely relaxing stay. The room was nice and large. A little dated but clean and comfortable. The hotel is family run with very friendly owners. As a relaxing get away from it all place to stay I would recommend. We will probably look to book again for a chill out break. The pool was great had it to our selves on occasion.. Close to a wonderful little beach with a great bar restaurant. Also a good selection of restaurant and bars close by. The main town of Parailimni is nothing to write about. Not worth moving away from the beach area to visit Busy congested with little regard for traffic rules.

Amazing stay in this hotel, the owners where so funny and couldn't do enough for there guests. Beautiful pool and surroundings, Amazing beaches just 5minutes away from hotel.buses run every 15minutes to anywhere in Cyprus. Can't wait to return.

Lovely little hotel close to the beach (5 mins walk) shops and restaurants just few minutes away. Clean and friendly and the food is good too. Tony and Suzannah the owners, really made me feel welcome and at home Prices are cheap so don’t expect the ritz and you won’t be disappointed. I loved the location just a few miles outside protaras gave me the opportunity for lots of walking. Overall I had an excellent holiday and will definitely go back again.

This is our favourite place in kapparis, spotlessly clean,lovely pool area,not a lot to criticise,cooker useless but who would cook,no base for the kettle but quickly resolved, Unfortunately they appear to allow smoking in gthe rooms which for us is a big no no,should only be on the balcony if they must

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I think it has improved since my last visit. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was great. The pool was clean and as a solo traveller I must say I felt very safe. Don’t expect top of the range furnishings but they are great and adequate for a nice holiday. Don’t overlook this place as I think its value for money. There is a snack bar/ restaurant there. I had a couple of lunches there and the food was lovely. There are lots of local restaurants not far away including a fantastic Lebanese restaurant. There is a supermarket across the road and as nice water side restaurant that does a fantastic bbq in the evening with traditional music. So all in all a good location at a good price. I booked this hotel on my own as a 19 year old female and I honestly felt so safe and looked after. It’s extremely clean , the beds are comfortable and the rooms are extremely spacious. To top it all off , the staff are so attentive and kind, a man and woman run the place with their son and they were all so friendly and constantly checked up on me asking if I needed anything. The hotel is also in a great location (5 min walk to the beach and 50 meters from a bus stop which takes you all a round the island for €1.50). Please give this place a visit !!
