I stayed at this place a few years ago so I decided to stay again. I had a great time. I enjoyed the breakfast as they have local fruits. The hotel was not hard locate and it is has an easy access to other activities in the city. Also there is an OXXO and a gas station close to the hotel. Hotel staff were courteous and respectful and able to answer questions about the city.

I had made a reservation at the Fiesta Inn, but after being horrified by the state of the rooms, I immediately asked for a refund and decided to go to the Hyatt instead. Best decision I made, as the hotel feels luxurious with good design choices and overall cleanliness. Service was really fast and friendly too, I can't say anything bad about this hotel.
