Very friendly and helpful staff. They were helpful in allowing me to move rooms when I was put onto Night Shift. Restaurant was really good, great choices and everything tasted so nice. Kevin, one of the waiters was awesome. He spoke really good English which was a great bonus for me (no Spanish) and was able to make recommendations and explain things to me 👍🏻

I stayed at the hotel for almost 4 months as I was there for PEMEX Refinery start up.Entire hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We are grateful to all staff like Mitch, Mike Darium, Naye Nelly, Lupita, Salina , Pablo, and above Zair and Franando

I just want to say the only reason I choose to stay at this hotel is because of the amazing customer service. The ladies at the front desk have went above and beyond to help this American with his poor, Spanish speaking skills. I’m forever grateful for them. Also, the waiters/waitresses are very friendly. Pool/restaurant is nice and housekeeping does a a great job. Thank you Hampton Inn!!

Soy cliente frecuente de la Cía Turbinas Solar: Carlos Aguirre. Utilizo mucho el despertador digital qué ponen en las hab. y mi opinión es que la mayoría de estos YA NO FUNCIONAN POR OBSOLESCENCIA. Los botones para interactuar ya no sirven y constantemente tengo que estar requiriendo a mantto. para corregirlos, pero el problema es DESPERTADORES DIGITALES OBSOLETOS. Sugiero reemplazo de los mismos. Al menos yo si lo utilizo mucho

Le service en général est bon. Les serviettes dans les chambres sont anciennes et plus blanches comme il le faut, il on une mauvaise odeur aussi. Les chambres on une odeur bizarre surtout quand on allume la climatisation. Le menu des repas est très limité de choix.

Me llamaron la atención algunas cosss, como por ejemplo, que no haya frigobar en la habitación, que el menú del restaurante y bar publican promociones que nos dijeron ya no existen, que el bar no maneja cócteles, que no nos dejan llevar un vaso de bebida a la habitación a menos que sea desechable y no hay desechables más que los de café, que el surtido del bar parece más bien pobre, que cono parte de la bienvenida no nos dijeron nada por ser miembros hhonors y 5ucunosbque preguntar donde estaba el elevador porque no nos lo dijeron

Los trastes tienen mal olor platos vasos en todas las ocasiones que eh pedido alimentos los platos y vasos tienen el mismo mal olor no han echo el aseo en mi habitación 104 desde que llegue, no han tirado los papeles del baño ni las botellas de agua básicas ni las basuras tampoco me han vuelto a dejar hojas para lavandería y un mesero casi casi me exigió la propina

El Hotel esta bien, es reciente, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. Pero lo que no me pareció es la calidad de la comida que en general es regular. Por ejemplo comi un Rib Eye que cuesta $450 pesos y parece más un bistec, carne de mala calidad. Creo que por los precios de los platillos deberían estar mejor.
