"Good location in Paradiso which takes 20 minutes leisurely walk to centre of Lugano. Breakfast was great and outdoor swimming pool looked nice for summer. Room size was decent but no frills for room amenities, like no indoor slippers, no hair conditioner, no soap, etc. There is a parking under hotel which is shared with Ibis hotel and charged for everyday (23CHF?). We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our weekend break there."

"This hotel is located on a hillside above the Paradiso train station. It is best to take a bus or a taxi to get up there. It is difficult to go up the slope with luggage. The house price is not cheap, but the value is quite high and the view is first-class. The daily rent of more than three hundred Swiss francs is reasonable. Because the environment is very good, I had dinner at Yangtai both nights. The hotel staff are kind and friendly, full of smiles. The breakfast venue is in a Japanese restaurant with an unparalleled view of the city. It is so open and refreshing."

"The staff was excellent and responded to our every request and need. The breakfast matched the level of staff support. It was sumptuous and worth the money. And the pool and gym were also great. The pool was warm and perfect."

"If you want to use the budget Ibis, I do not recommend it at all, as the value of money does not suit the service provided. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There is no air conditioning, and if there is an air conditioner, it is shared, and you cannot control its cold. The room temperature was 40 degrees Celsius.😠 Overall 1 of 5
But the other IBIS hotel in the same building is better but not recommended also. The hotel location very good, brackets good. Overall 2 of 5 . "
