Excellent experience through and through. Pros: - Exceptionally clean rooms with cleaning services coming everyday - Excellent views from the room and around the hotel of Lugano - Available parking - Best breakfast I have had for a hotel, do not go without - Excellent hiking trail starting right by the hotel to San Salvatore - Walking distance from a great restaurant Grotto Morchino - Pool for the warmer months (couldn't enjoy it this time) Cons: - It is a little bit away from the city (which can actually be a pro), having a rental car I feel is great for staying here. - Not walking distance to the main city center

The hotel is situated upon a hill next to Lugano, and it is extremely modern and well equipped. The hotel staff are amazingly friendly and customer oriented. Nice local food in the restaurant, you should reserve a table when arriving. The rooms are super clean and airconditioned. The only hick-ups is that it is sometimes hard to find your way around the place, it is a bit of a maze. The other thing that bothered, was that on arrival we were asked to fill in a sheet with our personal data. And check the box that we agreed that the hotel would use pur personal data for marketing and CRM purposes. When we did not want to give our permission, they simply refused us to give us the keys of our room. A bizarre way of working...

Very nice setting, quiet, clean rooms, lovely restaurant with local food, nice pool and sunbeds. I stayed here twice and it is a perfect relaxed place to make a stop or stay longer. The food is made with love and Andrea serves you very well.

Great view with a very good food ticino style. Nice for lunch and dinner during summer times. Good choice for a simple but high qualitative meal. An hold house very well refurbish and decorated. Very good service with great attention to the clients.

I have just spent few days over Easter in Bugatt hotel with my family. We loved everything from a very friendly service, beautiful, big and bright room, stunning surroundings to the restaurant experience. It’s a modern, yet with a homely vibe, tranquil place. Just around the corner from a buzz of Lugano, but in a peaceful and glorious location with spectacular views over the lake and the mountains. Restaurant serves great quality local food. Breakfast is absolutely perfect with freshly baked bread and many homemade specialities. My absolute favorite in Ticino.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful and big room. The park is beautiful and the view of Lugano too. Available : parking with free EV charging point. I highly recommend this hotel. People are very serviable.

Very nice and beautifully located establishment with a great view and a beautiful garden and pool. Absolutely good value for money. Extensive breakfast buffet and very courteous service and staff. We'll be happy to come back again!
