Nestled in a quaint community in Paradise Valley, AZ, The Hermosa Inn is a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Phoenix area, but close enough to easily access all the main attractions. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the landscaping creates a serene environment. The rooms are cozy and quiet, and a meal at LONs is a must. --- Whether you're a local or visiting from outside the area, be sure to consider The Hermosa Inn!

Pre-Arrival questions were responded to and answered thoroughly with warmth and patience by Deanna Hill. This was a Father's Day outing for me and my husband. We have stayed in many other places of various price ranges in the US and out of the US., but was surprised that a place of this standing would have so many below-standard things. (1)Bath towels rolled up and placed on the floor on either side of the bed serving as "floor mats" was unsightly and dangerous. (2) The refrigerator which shared a space with the closet was located in the BATHROOM instead of in the living area and felt a bit unsanitary to us. The space in the credenza where the Coffeemaker is located is much better suited. for the fridge(3) MW was promised when our reservation was made but was not in the room upon arrival. Upon request, it was delivered within minutes by a non-English speaking, young man who arrived with the MW in his arms. Once in the door, he headed to the BATHROOM to place the MW on the counter above the fridge, but fortunately, there was no electrical outlet so it was placed on the table next to a lamp in the living area. (4) QUIETNESS of room... loud cooing and cawing of birds 24/7 outside on NON-PRIVATE patio. Supply of towels was plentiful, very soft and very white!! Comfortable bed with very clean bedding. The bathroom was clean with sufficient amenities. Beautifully landscaped grounds in this hideaway hotel. We were on a staycation so prices were discounted, but still expensive for the accommodations, so can't imagine paying full price for this setup. Lon's restaurant: Food and service above par. About $70-$80 p/person w/o drinks but well worth the price.

The treats begin as soon as you check in when you are greeted with decadent cookies. It's the most comfortable bed I've slept in all year! It's such a luxury to sleep with a fireplace keeping me warm and cozy! Hermosa Inn is a hidden gem. The customer service is first-class. My dinner (and desert) at Lon's was scrumptious.

We stayed at the Hermosa Inn for our 40th wedding anniversary. The inn was top-notch. We loved the southwest ambiance and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We also ate a few meals at Lon's and would highly recommend them as well. Knowing that it was our anniversary, the check-in staff and restaurant staff congratulated us, and they even provided some sweet surprises. The only potential issue for some is that depending what room you are in, it can be a long and winding way to get to your room from either the valet parking or the self parking. The self parking is restricted to a lot at the back of the property, which was the furthest possible point from our room. The parking lot nearest our room was restricted to valet parking. We enjoy walking and the grounds are beautiful, so we didn't really mind the walk; but, if you have difficulty walking, be sure to get a room near where you park.

The Hermosa Inn is always an amazing experience. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the customer service, attention to detail, quality of the property along with the dining experience, will leave you wanting more time at the Hermosa Inn.
