Hotel was nice and there weren't too many people on site. We’re not the extra romantic couple, so this was a little extra for us, but we were able to spoil ourselves and relax. Breakfast was like a normal hotel complimentary breakfast buffet, but Justin served us both days and he was excellent. Spooners had many events and things to do. The bed was comfortable, however, don’t sit on the edge because you will fall, and it was sunken in the middle, so that made it a little hard to sleep in a comfortable position. Overall, great stay, great resort, and down the street from Mt. Airy ****** which was fun as well.

Dream vacay gone wrong This place needs a serious deep cleaning. It smells musty and old as soon as you walk in. The pool was my favorite. The Champaign Towers is an accident waiting to happen. I see why you sign a waiver. I had to clean my space before I could even get comfy. The toilet...what grade are we in 2nd? Why so low? Your not gonna poop right at all til you go home. The breakfast was cool...but dinner at Spooners...wow very disappointing. How do you mess up chicken? I dont think we will be going back

Amazing time We had an amazing time. The room was a bit outdated but we didn’t even care because having a jacuzzi and a pool in room was amazing. We even added a late checkout.We didn’t want to leave!

The property was ok needs improvements, the room had a strong bad smell, the room i had the shower was clogged and the front door had trouble closing and opening it. The outside pool was dirty and when i went to get a drink there was a bug in my drink and the bartender instead of instantly changing my drink tells me that there must be bugs in the bottles because the liquor are sugary there nothing he can do about that and then he goes do you want me to change it. I couldn’t believe that. Horrible.

My wife and I always enjoy all the things to keep us busy and to reconnect. The room could use a little more tlc (tender loving care). Our pool area had a strong wood smell guessing from fire place. Shower area had some small signs of mold and water was not going down fast enough into drain. Staff was amazing no matter what you was doing; checking in, or meal time :hostess and wait staff: also team at spooners and our xoxo personnel. This is not our first time and won’t be our last.

There were no real cable chanels, the WiFi was terrible and there was NO microwave in the room. The room advertised an in-room pool (should've been a soaking tub). We had a better time at the Pocono Outlets
