I really want to thank Ramon Knowles excellent bell man. He went over and beyond with my situation. Also Raymond at the Frezca bar and Irie she was amazing. The ladies at the reception desk helped out good. Amazing staff

We liked the location, the lack of youngsters in the pool and the staff. We didn't like the room you gave us on the 3rd floor as if it was higher the view would have been great. We also didn't like the dining choices. We did, however, like the SeaGlass Lounge, the food and staff!
