I recently had a deeply distressing experience at the Best Western in Paradise that has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the management's handling of guest concerns. I woke up one night to find a roach crawling on me while I was sleeping, which was both alarming and unacceptable. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk, expecting swift and decisive action. Unfortunately, the management's response was anything but that. Despite the severity of the situation, there was a notable lack of urgency in addressing the problem. When I followed up, the front desk staff displayed a dismissive attitude, showing little empathy or concern for my plight. This response made me feel that my concerns were being trivialized. There were no visible efforts to conduct a thorough inspection or implement pest control measures, which are basic expectations for maintaining a safe and habitable environment. This experience has highlighted significant gaps in the management's policies and procedures for handling such critical issues. As a guest, I expect prompt and effective action to ensure the well-being and comfort of all residents. Sadly, the Best Western in Paradise has fallen short of these expectations. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to improve their responsiveness and to take guest concerns more seriously. Until then, I cannot recommend the Best Western in Paradise to anyone looking for a reliable and caring place to stay.
