性價比很不錯，沙發拉開是張床，裝修有點老，早餐非常簡單。高速路邊，位置不錯，也很安靜不吵鬧，路過住一晚沒大問題

The owners charge customers $14 for parking. Room was dirty and outdated. Single ply toilet paper, a limited body/soap and the place is decorated very tacky. Not worth the bargain price, disappointed with the overall stay.

Extremely poor customer service. The male at the desk never make eye contact during my check in. When I ask about the $14 additional fee on my bill. He pointed to the sign
There is an additional $14 dollar fee TO PARK AT THE HOTEL that you have paid to stay the night at.
When I ask where else I could park , this male never answered.
The key card I was given didn’t work and was at the end of the hall. When I came back up to the desk. He rekeyed a card and slide it to me.
Very poor experience, this
unexplained and ridiculous charge paired with horrible customer service.

There was a bear outside so it was super scary. They charge for parking and breakfast so you’re probably just better off getting a more expensive hotel that includes those amenities. One night was really hot so the a/c is no good.

The lobby was nice. We were shocked when we were told we had to pay $15.00 each for breakfast.
The room was clean, the bathroom in room 113 needs some wall repair.
We were gone most of the time; there to sleep and shower.
For a small town, I give it a B+.

They charge $14/night to park. No continental breakfast. Diner wants $14.95 tax for breakfast.

They get an overall of one star for the following reasons. They charge you $15 per night to park at the hotel. You’d figure that would be included with your room. Secondly, they charge you $14.95 plus TAX to have breakfast. You’re better off finding a hotel that includes breakfast. You’re paying $14.95 for what you would get for free elsewhere. Also, Parachute is kind of a stain. There’s nothing to really do, you have to drive an hour either way to go somewhere.

A cheaper alternative to staying in Glenwood Springs for sure. $14.00 per night to park in the carpark is a sign of a hotel desperately trying to raise revenue. You would be better off instead having cold drinks for sale in the lobby area. The lady who runs the restaurant - Lori I think is a customer service superstar. Thanks - Tony M, Gold Coast Australia.
