The location is very good, the bus station where Lima comes is right next to it, and the pier to Bird Island is also very close. Peruvian fish is good, and there are many people on the side of the hotel to eat. The water quality of the hotel is not good, and the bottled water outside is also very expensive. Yogurt is good for breakfast, Peruvian passion fruit is recommended to eat, better than domestic.

Air conditioning did not work , we communicated the portier attendant who entered into contact with the owner and who asked me if I could use a remote control (hey ??? Seriously I heard that right !!! ) and to finish the conversation promised that he would send a technician within one to 2 hours and would be resolved, we went out to dinner and when we returned the attendant answered that the air conditioning was only cold .... But I said it didn't work that it didn't call ... We asked covered It was cold that he took us in a short time and did not take it. After a hour of wait I went to the gateway ( gateway was 24 hs ???) to pick up the covers and ask for water because I didn't feel good ... and complain that the wi-fi was off !!! Bati port several times I acted external company ( is filmed in the cameras ) and no one appeared when we arrived took a long time to find our reservation called another person to confer and at last called someone to find the Reservations, almost an hour to make checkin! The hotel is very close to the bus station. It takes a few minutes to walk from Lima. It is very suitable for vacation. The hotel is large and the entertainment facilities are very good. There is also a church inside. It is also very close to the food street next to it. It is a few minutes. Very good location. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. Absolutely amazing hotel. We had been travelling in the sacred valley and deserved a well earned rest. It was all it claimed to be on the website AND MORE! Yuela in reception was OUTSTANDING. Vanessa gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. Christopher the concierge efficient and kind and Manuel the driver, above and beyond the call of duty! Staying in a 5 star hotel in the middle of the desert was quite an experience. And I would highly highly recommend la hacienda.
