The location is very good, the bus station where Lima comes is right next to it, and the pier to Bird Island is also very close. Peruvian fish is good, and there are many people on the side of the hotel to eat. The water quality of the hotel is not good, and the bottled water outside is also very expensive. Yogurt is good for breakfast, Peruvian passion fruit is recommended to eat, better than domestic.

The breakfast does not have too many options. The hotel has a 24-degree heated swimming pool, and is suitable for guests with kids. The location is good and the hotel has a parking lot. The service is very good. It is very convenient to check in and out. Expensive, but good value for money.

What is remarkable about this phenomenon was that the staff seemed to be 'intrinsically motivated' to provide an exceptional 'guest experience'. What I mean by 'intrinsically motivated' is that the staff provided an exceptional 'guest experience' because they 'wanted to' to provide an exceptional 'guest experience'.
