The property is perfectly located in Phapos. Just a 5-minute walk to one of the main attractions (Tomb of the Kings). There are plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking, and also a mall at about 20-25 minutes walk. The hotel was fairly clean but lacked some room amenities (considering it's a 4 star). The property is old because of which there were stains and marks on the walls. Breakfast was also fine, nothing great! Overall, fine for a short stay.

Very pretty, excellent service , big comfy rooms.

Hotel and breakfast was perfect, the entertainment activitieas too, but the swimming pools were very cold, nobody used them.

The hotel is a little outdated than other 4 star hotels. The room is old too makes me feel like a dormitory. But the hotel has all amenities you need. I think it’s a good place for family but not solo travelers.

The hotel clean the location near restaurants and lidl market the beach 5 minutes. The reciption are helpfull and they are different as my last staying I wish keep and improve more them self.

Great place, convenient location, close to a bus stop, supermarket, beach and cafes, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the hotel has a swimming pool and a bar and all sorts of entertainment and day and evening are available to hotel residents

Yves was a phenomenal entertainer who was fab at the mini disco and the water polo. always well entertaining to watch. he was the friendliest guy ever and played fun card games. he can also do a great moon walk. coolest guy evs. shout out to cosmin who was brilliant at the bingo. always made us giggle and fabulous at water aerobics felt fab after. you can feel their absence when they’re not around as they have bundles of energy. x

Sooo bad! SAVE YOU MONEY AND DO NOT BOOK! The place is so dirty, the staff does not understand your basic hygiene needs, there is construction on site and they start working at 7AM, the place is not soundproofed in anyway and I could not sleep at all, you can hear evey door and toilet flush in every floor, maintainance is really poor with sockets moving in the walls and not working, towel rings falling every time I was trying to dry my hands. Outdated furniture and facilities. Staff had the intention to help initially and at check in I had the receptionist and the manager in the room, housekeeping was sent twice in but with very little improvement. Lastly, I waited 1.5 hours for someone to talk to me after 2 nights and when no one came, I decided to check out. Please do not book your holiday here is really bad. Sorry I did not saved more pictures.

A nice hotel! Beautiful place, nice rooms and of course the best drinks from George at the bar! The food is okay. This hotel is very close to Kings of the tombs, Lidl, gas station and the beach. I think I can easily say that I will come back to this place.

Great hotel, day time entertainers are excellent Yves and Cosmin are the best entertainer and will try and keep you happy all day and night, if you want the best drinks see khum and Manos.

Having an absolute blast . We arrived yesterday . Devine bed , slept amazingly. Manos at the bar is lovely and serves a great selection of drinks til 11:45pm . Food selection could be better but we're very fussy on food so others may be fine. The hotel made it very personal for us by sending a free bottle of champagne to our room for my boyfriend's bday. Lovely and clean and close to beach .
