Julipapas Gardens

Pretty poor really,communication during the stay was non existent , many more reasons... Was contacted by someone from the resort but only feel this was down the fact that our flight was late and they wanted to know where we were , she was very helpful though and said that the number she was calling from was the number we could use to make contact with them at any time Because of the 'electric key' you have to walk into a dark property ( we arrived near mid night), the door keys cannot be separated form the electricity key and we understand why but it's not the easiest as it also impacted on the rest of the holiday. We stayed for 2 weeks and only had cleaners after 7 days who only changed our bedding and towels, half way through the 2nd week of out stay we were asked if we needed anything and when I asked for a clean tea towel as the only one we had was very dirty we were given one which had more holes in it than it did cloth ( slight exaggeration but sure you get it) On arrival we found that half of the electrical plug sockets did not work nor did the lights at the side of the bed, the shaver point in the bathroom also did not work. The bathroom is dark as lighting is limited, the shower head did not move and if you were as tall as me, 6'1" you had to crouch down to wash properly. The pool is close to the house, which is great until other residents think it is OK to have pool parties with adults and children as late as 01:30 hrs, when you try to contact any member of staff to make them aware you get no answer on the phone, texts do not get a response either and you never get any response the following day either, communication is non existent. Hot water takes ages to come through the taps, cutlery is limited, we only had 2 butter knives when we had booked for 4 people, cups and plates are mismatched and cooking utensils are limited. The pool is small and if there are more than say 12 people around the pool it is crowded we feel. Other than the things and incidents we reported to staff at the time we stayed we did not feel that we could complain having read other reviews on both *********** and Trip advisor, we did stay for 2 weeks and maybe this resort is not set up for that length of stay,maybe 2,3or 4 nights would be adequate but for us a long stay would not be recommended

Had a wonderful time at julipapas gardens, I cannot understand the poor reviews at all, we stayed 8 days and I could have stayed much longer and would have, had work not been an issue. I have stayed in 5 star all inclusive plus and yes of course everything is there for you, but then you are paying a huge amount for the privilege, any issues we had were sorted immediately by Migle, and by issues I mean an ironing board and a maiden for laundry. These were brought to us straight away. Walking distance to beach and a lovely bar Julie’s bar not far away excellent meals and really reasonably priced. Already booked for next year.

Its a beautiful complex, not your average (basic) holiday site. Has a lovely authentic feel to it that immediately makes you feel at home. The apartments are very well maintained and clean. A lovely owner who is very welcoming and great to deal with. We are a family of 4 with 2 children (girls) and they loved it too.....so much so we've booked again for next year!!

I stayed at Julipapas Gardens in August with my family, we had two villas and could not fault them at all. They were clean, have everything you need and spacious. One of the managers Nicola was excellent always went out of her way to help us in anyway that she could. A special mention to the two groundsmen Reeny and Johnson, they work very hard to keep the area surrounding the villas clean and tidy, and were very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend to stay here and me and my family would defiantly come back. One of the villas had a private garden which was very nice and there is a great communal BBQ area. If you come here and are looking for a Taxi I would highly recommend Coral Bay Taxis, a family ran business by father and son and they were fantastic, first class service.

The house was not clean, the kitchen bin was so dirty we couldn’t handle the smell. The baby cot was dirty and dusty. Bed sheets were torn, air conditions were dusty full of mould. The place is not as new as it looks like in the pictures. Totally not recommend.

Fantastic hidden gem. We stayed at the infinite blu villa for a week. Two adults/three children, we all had more than enough room in this spacious villa. Everything was great. Right from a courtesy call we received before we even left home explaining that we were likely to encounter a later than expected arrival but the staff would stay up and welcome us upon arrival, right through to the time we checked out. The villa was well equipped with everything that anyone would want or need for a stay. Rooms were clean and airy. Air conditioning was welcomed at night but not needed during the day. Shops were within easy reach and a large supermarket just a five minute drive away. Beautiful views to the front with a lovely shaded Bbq courtyard area to the rear of the property. The small private pool was to the front of the villa was great for a dip during the day to cool off whilst the main pool in the centre of the complex was only a minutes walk away. The staff were always on hand and happy to help with any queries or small issues we had and you’re perfectly located a short drive away from Coral bay and Paphos. I’d happily recommend and wouldn’t hesitate in returning again.

We spent a whole month at Julipapas Gardens. Only the best reviews, the host Migle is wonderful, she helped with all questions. Housekeepers cleaned the house perfectly. We will definitely come again and recommend it to others.

This our second visit to this gem of a place. Very reasonably priced,clean & tidy with a nice pool. The staff are friendly especially Migle who we love as she has 9 cats some of them strays. We always feed them as well as we are cat lovers ourselves. I would definitely recommend a car as the place is hilly & walking in the sun is difficult.

Went with about a dozen friends in March 2023. The villa was beautiful and well-equipped, in a peaceful neighborhood with great restaurants and the sea at walking distance. Had everything we asked and then some, including fresh fruits from the garden and daily eggs from our host's hen! Julia was very friendly, helpful and responsive before, during, and after our stay. It's a five stars recommendation for me!
