Not at all as described. No balcony, on top of Car park, cafe / bar is closed. Very noisy on a Saturday evening with music blaring out from the local bar next door until 2:30 am Room clean and tidy. OK for a one night stay mid week but far better places to stay in the area

Spent an excellent few days here, lovely friendly place, great apartment. Sadly, there was someone in the building who insisted on having their TV or music on very loud very late which kept me awake but no fault of owner just bad luck. Would definitely recommend and will go again.

Splendid vacation, fantastic location, close to Venus beach, supermarket, and restaurants. Very pleasant apartment for 4 people, simple but with everything essential for a relaxed holiday, excellent balcony. The hosts Ritsa and Niko were unsurpassed in their friendliness in resolving all situations. We would definitely return

We have just returned from a 3 month stay here. We had an amazing time. Was sad to leave. The apartments are clean, spacious & well equipped. Ritsa & Nikos are the loveliest hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Always greeted you with a friendly smile. They even let us extend our stay & move to a south facing apartment with no problem. Apartments are close to beach, shops, bars & restaurants. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

We had a warm welcome. The Kings is ideally situated close to the beach and some good restaurants. A short drive to the old town, which is well worth a visit and also not too far from the King's Avenue shopping centre. The apartment itself is 'no frills' but has everything you'd need, a good size balcony, it's a decent place to relax after a good day out and about in Paphos.

Stayed here for a hens party over the long weekend.We were a group of 12 and honestly had the best time ever considering our stay was short. Staff went out of their way to please us!and arranged clean linen and towels when requested. We didnt mind there was no breakfast as we found perfect eateries nearby and enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony over looking the pool. Ritsa and Nikos were the best hosts we could have asked for. Thank you!!

Can't rate this place highly enough- spacious, clean apartments with all facilities. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic location metres from Tombs of the Kings and tavernas, yet peaceful location. Ritsa and Nikos are amazing hosts and always on hand for help and advice, they make youfeel like family. Will definitely return. 10/10.

Fully equipped with all facilities in the apartment in a perfect condition! Spotlessly cleaned! It was our third staying the last two months. My one year old son enjoyed a perfectly clean place! The hosts Mrs Ritsa & Mr. Nicos are personally welcoming us every time! Many thanks to them personally and their team for an excellent hospitality service!
