I won’t write a lengthy review as it would only repeat what others have said. But this is a very comfortable four star hotel, right on the beach, with superb and caring staff and really excellent buffet food. It was our first visit and we were impressed. We booked direct with the hotel and they organised transfer taxis for us. Yes, the rooms are a little “tired”, bit they are very spacious, very clean and we had a super view of the beach from room 241. The port of Paphos is a twenty minute walk away. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the terrace but dinner - in mid November - was dining room only. A little cavernous and perhaps lacking in atmosphere but the choice of food was outstanding which more than compensated, with a lot of the dishes cooked in front of you. We would like to return.

We are back once again to what we call our second home.This hotel holds a special place in our hearts.The staff are incredible.attentive understanding.helpful.polite everything you want In a hotel is right here at the Louis imperial.BIG shout out to Akmed and mamood 2 young Egyptian lads. These 2 are a. Cut above all the rest they ar 2 golden nuggets and the management at the hotel can see how special these 2 lads are. The first time they met the 4 of us in August they asked our names and remebered them for the 2 wèeks we were here.Denise,Beryl,Barry and John. We are back in November and they not only remembered us but gave us such a warm hug to welcome us back it was such a lovely welcome back .The front desk as always is outstanding the service is second to none led by Elena my dear friend xx.The food is never the same there is always something for even the fussiest of people.I would highly highly recommend this hotel.The NINI from the animation team is such a breath of fresh air always happy and positive thanks NINI x

We stayed at the Louis Imperial over half term, we enjoyed our stay. Whilst mentioned the rooms could do with updating they are still nicely decorated and beds comfortable. Housekeeping was very good! It was great to not have to do the normal sunbed rush and you could still easily get a sunbed at 10am though pools were cold at this time of year. There is an indoor pool which did start to be heated towards the end of our stay! Very good location, nice 30 minute stroll along the beach to paphos. The highlight of this hotel was the food, all inclusive normally becomes repetitive but this was not the case here! Excellent food and great variety! Also must mention Grace form the kids disco she was great, and carried the kids disco. Even seeing the kids off upon leaving for the airport which was a nice touch. We would stay here again!

Had an an amazing week at this hotel,all the staff was amazing and very helpful,food was amazing,entertainment spot on and hotel was outstanding and very good and understanding with disabled,definitely go back nothing was too much to ask the management team were easy to talk to thank-you so much for a lovely time

Just returnd from our 2nd 2 week A.I holiday. From check in to departure all staff were so welcoming and friendly, names to many to mention bu Mary(drinks around the adult pool), Alicije (drinks on the terrace), Grace (entertainment ) and Becky (guest relations) all desrve a special mention, thank you Becky for the video of the Manager's champagne evening. Restaurant staff worked hard to create such a good selection of food (plates could be hotter) but desserts were to die for! Perhaps an Asian rstaurant could be considered which would incorporate not only Japanese but also Chinese food perhaps on a buffet basis. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable and kept clean daily by housekeeping, one point to make about rooms, no USB point so take your own converter plug. The approach road to the hotel is scruffy and does nothing to enhance to the hotel but once inside this is forgotten. The final touch was that when we were leaving we were waved off by Chris, Philippos, Grace and DI. the Tui rep.

We have been home almost 2 weeks now from another wonderful 2 week stay. This hotel is truly amazing. Rooms are very comfortable. The staff go above and beyond. 1st time meeting Bianca and wow she is just wonderful, as is Alex!! Food is outstanding!! We love the management cocktail party- it really does give the busy team a chance to say hello - that’s something Iv never seen in a hotel before. Imperial beach you have an amazing team. Thank you for making us and our wedding party feel at home. Colleen and Emile were amazing. I think everyone is planning a return!! Can’t thank you all enough!! See you next year!!

Just got back from another fantastic stay at the Imperial Beach—our third time here, and it somehow keeps getting better! The hotel grounds are stunning, with both a family-friendly pool and a quieter pool set around beautiful gardens, perfect for unwinding. The deck is a great spot to relax with a drink and take in the sea views, while the Fontana bar has a really chill vibe for evening cocktails. The food here is hands-down the best all-inclusive we’ve had. Chef George and the entire kitchen team really know what they’re doing! The staff are absolutely wonderful. Alina at reception is warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive - her customer service skills are an asset to the front of house. Grace on the animation team is super friendly, and Ahmed is always so cheery and attentive. You can tell senior management really care about the guests—they’re always around making sure everyone is happy and delivering 5-star service.

Another great stay at the Louis Imperial. Our 3rd time now and we will be back. Hotel is dated but very clean and functional. Majority of staff are brilliant. A big thank you to Nini for his entertainment professionalism, Thank you to Alicija, Mahmood and Lorenzo on the terraces for keeping my wife and I refreshed during our stay. My only main area of criticism is the evening entertainment which we found quite poor. Other couples that we spoke with, said likewise. TV could have been better also. At the end of our day we like to catch up with the news before going to sleep. Our TV didn't work at all for 3 nights despite raising the matter with reception. Overall a really lovely break made great by the staff and location, we'll be back!
