Cleaning wasn’t good, meant to change the bed sheets and towels every three days, but they didn’t happened only changed towels. Asked the cleaner fourth day to change them . Shower had no water pressure at all . One evening when we went to have shower we couldn’t as there wasn’t any water at all I took a video and and went to reception ask the reception man to fixed the problem unfortunately he said it’s a very low water pressure on the whole their neighborhood. So we literally had no water to wash our hands faces ect. So we had to leave the hotel that night and gone out smelly sweaty.

Great location between beach and old town up the hill. A big shopping mall is also nearby.

It was the second time we were here and we were satisfied again.

The hotel is excellent in terms of value for money - it is however not very close to the beach, but very near to the mall.

We were satisfied with the hotel, the room, the staff, and the breakfast, but unfortunately it rained heavily and the room was continuously soaked for two days, so we couldn't sleep for two nights.

Quiet and welcoming. It is a short distance from the main street of nightlife.

The site is about 15 minutes from Mar, however, is very old and they do not invest money in pool chairs, breakfast is macabre, everything tastes strange... how old, the staff is not friendly at all, we kept begging at the reception every day that the bathroom was flooded for a pipe leak and the only solution was to go mop and not fix it, they didn't even want to change our room and the people are very rude, the truth is the last place I would stay again and it's not cheap at all. In addition, the such looks dirty, the yellow bathroom curtain is disgusting, it is really disgusting.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, filthy and outdated. So glad I only booked B/B as the food was disgusting. Cochroaches in the rooms, the chap in the room next to me complained about the bees nest on his balcony. The reception's only advice was not to go on the balcony and keep the door closed. I cannot believe some of the other holiday makers good reviews, they don't know what they are missing or it might the fact they just sit at the bar for 12 hours a day...

Nothing to avoid in this hotel but for its price the service is very good. I basically saw some bad reviews which i think they are very unfair . When you book 3 star hotel you need to understand that is a 3 star and not a 5 star. For the price the hotel is very good, the location is perfect and people are great. The breakfast is “not poor” and yes everyday is the same but for what you pay the breakfast is tasty and nice. The towels are changed every 3 days and when we needed an extra towel they were very friendly to give it to us. Me and my boyfriend decided to visit again this hotel because of the budget and in our opinion its great to visit. Special thanks once again to all the staff!

Me and my partner went here for a week. Awful basically. Food is terrible. Beds are rock hard. Very dated, not seen a lick of paint in years. Towels never changed. Cockroaches everywhere (even heard a woman in reception complaining they were all over her room). Would not recommend.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is absolutely fine. Yes it's a bit old but it's what you expect from a 3 star. I saw no cockroaches or bed bugs during my 6 day stay. I wouldn't stay here again but only as the mattresses are like sleeping on a bench they are so hard I got no sleep the sunloungers were comfier and also the showers are rubbish you literally have to stand on the plug hole for it to get you and it goes hot and cold. It is near a main road but we had a back room and you couldn't hear anything. It's close by to everything if you like a 15 minute walk.

Yet another brilliant stay in the Paphiessa. Third time this year and it's absolutely great. The staff are so helpful and friendly it's like a home from home and you are made to feel welcome from the minute you walk in. The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. Already booked for twice next year and can't wait to get back
