首先，出發前一個月，管理此房間公司的人要求提供護照副本。提供後，問他們有否收到電郵，不回！出發前一天再發訊息問入住資料，地址和怎樣取鎖，也是不回！當到達希臘機場，行李也取了，催促多次都沒回覆，連平台客服也聯繫不上。
那我先到該區附近，途中收到回覆，取鎖匙在大門外的密碼箱，開了很久都開不到，當然管理公司的人一如既往不回覆，打了幾次電話也不接，又要向平台幫助聯繫但是也不成功。我在門外一直等，大概15分鐘後就收到回覆，原來鎖匙在另一個密碼箱，管理公司人還很沒禮貌說我沒有逐個密碼箱去開啟試試，這點我覺得有點生氣，因為他連那個箱都不知道，我也不知道亂試其他的箱會否給其他人看到以為我在做什麼不好的事。
房間在天台，電梯上4樓要自己行樓梯上一層，外面天台范圍算是大，周圍環境也算尚可，房間內比較細，一個人住是可以的。但廁所沖涼的去水位長期漬水，去水渠長有臭味，開抽氣扇也沒抽走氣味。唯一比較好的是有洗衣機和晾衫架（用前需先清潔一下，否則乾淨衫也會被架上污漬沾上。
Apartment 附近有餐廳，超市同藥房是幾方便夜番可以補充糧食。
由出發到完成整個住宿都是氣沖沖，平台客服也是搭上搭，每次到最後都是我自己找到有關負責人。這點平台需要考量一下是否要再評估有關房間負責人的對訂房人的回應程度及態度。既然 trip.com 也要經兩重才可以找聯絡人，那跟 Airbnb 訂豈不是還直接點呢？
