Long check in process, poor service.
8am the SPA was closed (we had chosen the hotel for it) and the restaurant was closed at 8am too, we had to go far away in the city to have dinner.

每次來攀枝花，都優先選擇普達，但每一次來看酒店都在變化，不是向好的變化，而是在墮落。這一次基本上就是讓人絕望，房間越來越少，裏面民宿和酒店混在一起，酒店目前就沒幾間房了。員工也沒有積極性，衞生打掃感覺敷衍都不做了，服務兩個字也別用在這裏，早餐慘不忍睹，就稀飯饅頭，唯一沒變的是價格依然堅挺。一家好好的酒店從開業至今，首先敗局就是把最開始的管理公司趕走以後，註定了今天的結局。

很一般，居住的全是老年人要麼就是手術後養傷的傷員。地址在山上，如果去旅遊真不適合，吃飯購物特別不方便，出租車都開錯路了。餐飲雖然酒店自帶，但是餐廳服務員的態度確實不敢恭維，入住時説可以點菜，結果去點菜，短頭髮的服務員，衹推銷她們的所謂自助餐，説點菜少了不好炒。

在平台上訂的，真的是很好。前台服務的小姐姐都很漂亮很熱情，幫我們升級了房型，房間有兩床，很實用，適合家人多人出行。房間乾淨清爽，設施完備，沒有故障，還有小冰箱和空調，這兩個非常實用，地下停車場可以錄入訊息後不限制出進次數。早點品種多，健康低脂理念。值得推薦。

位置太偏僻，太冷清，什麼都不方便，衹適合長者康養。同時基礎環境太差，裝修太老，隔音也差，一大早被吵醒而不是自然醒。
