春節假期帶孩子到攀枝花遊玩，隨意在網上定了一家民宿。進房間後感覺非常不錯，住了以後真實感受：首先民宿乾淨衞生，温馨舒適，客廳有個沙發床，能住一家四口；其次交通也很方便，旁邊就是地鐵和歡樂谷；最後要説一句房東小哥人很好，很熱情，服務很到位。以後到歡樂谷遊玩就認準他家了！

1.目前酒店裝修，辦理入住當天沒任何工作人員告知裝修事宜，做為服務機構，應該有義務告知酒店裝修會產生噪音吧。
2.週六裝修！！！不到8點鐘，叮咣的，咔咔的，那聲音恨不得腦瓜子給你敲碎，我還以為咋回事的，蹭一下起來了，打電話至前台，回話説每天都裝修，週末也不例外，無任何解釋，在她們眼裡去，週末裝修不但不違法，反而理所應當，好，前台不懂法我理解，給不出解釋我也理解，我也不會跟你要説法，説跟經理反饋一下，沒任何回覆。
3.9點多我退房，我又當面問了一下，回覆我説，還是我們每天都裝修，經理應該是，也在旁邊，全程任何人沒有任何一句抱歉和解釋，看那個表情還有點洋洋得意。
4.我打了報警電話，過了半小時，不知道什麼社區部門回話，説是報備了，報備內容是衹要不是休息時間就可以裝修，我真的笑了，各位，週末8：30以後什麼時候不是休息時間了，我説報備了可以，不管哪個部門，同意週六8：30不是休息時間，而且允許他們裝修，有相關文件且不是剛補的，拿出來，我道歉。
4.接下來小重點，讓施工隊聯繫我，2024年，大好的和諧社會，我一個外地人，你讓施工隊聯繫我，發我文件，施工隊是政府職能部門嗎？直接聯繫我？加我微信發我文件？
總上所述：週末違法裝修，態度極差，沒有道歉和解釋，找了不知道什麼關係部門，打電話説了一堆邏輯不通的道理，還要讓施工隊聯繫當事人，我衹能説，攀枝花的形象都讓你們搞差了，不是我小題大做，是你們錯上加錯。
