It is definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Lobby and rooms are dated and need upgrades to a minimum 3-star level. Breakfast is mostly Chinese dishes so not at all suitable for international visitors. Location is very good though.

酒店傢俱精緻，有品質感。房間設計合理，使用方便。前台服務熱情，讓人如沐春風。停車指引清晰，車輛出入順暢。早餐品種多樣，選擇餘地大。如果要提點意見，那就是衞生間洗漱盆龍頭熱水水量小，請工程部師傅去看一下。

優點:位置好，離萬達，攀枝花公園都不遠，樓下也是飯店多，衞生也乾淨，房間很大，是套房，很舒早餐也不差。
缺點:路邊有車聲，關窗户好點，因為是商務樓，樓上有好幾家酒店，還有租户辦公的，人雜，安全係數不高，電梯也不需要刷卡就能到酒店，晚上睡覺有點擔心，門鎖也不是那麼高檔，還有近期在裝修的商户，早上八點開工，晚上十點還在敲敲打打，樓下還有擺攤大喇叭吆喝，一天好不熱鬧，住了兩天忍受不了退房了，前台也表示無語，屋內按照客服的空調開了熱風30度，風速也調了，還是沒啥感覺。
體驗感不好，跟客服也沒關係，是老闆沒租好地方。

房間寬敞，窗户明亮，窗簾電動關閉，衞生間乾濕分離，深色仿紅木傢俱顯得貴氣。服務人員熱情貼心，及時提供續費最佳方法，礦泉水不夠喝，反映之後馬上送到房間。讓人感到很温暖。

酒店位置不錯，房間大，乾淨衞生，早餐品種較多，停車方便，洗澡水超級大。這個季節攀枝花大街小巷都是售賣芒果的，非常甜，在當地菜市場購買了2箱快遞發走，價格很便宜，謝謝前台的推薦！

很少點評酒店，整體不錯，主要服務很熱情，首先酒店附近周圍有一個商場，離萬達廣場也近，帶小朋友出行跟家人都比較方便，我們在樓下逛了很久，下面還有各種夜啤酒，燒烤，吃飯完全不用擔心。酒店早餐品種很多，停車很方便是地下停車場，滿滿的點贊[強][強][強][呲牙]房間衞生是非常乾淨的，房間裏面還有浴缸，前台24小時有人是非常好的，晚上半夜有什麼需要問前台，前台也是有應必回，房間的風格也是非常喜歡的，設計很有風格，很喜歡，如果是情侶出行，這個房間也非常適合拍照片，房間裏面還有一個小的沙發和小圓桌子，房間面積還是比較大，廁所也是乾濕分離的，總的來説還是非常不錯的，房間的遺留物酒店會主動聯繫，很貼心，小朋友喜歡丟三落四，還以為被小朋友搞丟了找了很久沒找到，還主動幫拿快遞，比我們之前住的很多連鎖酒店的服務高出不是一個度，總體還是非常不錯的。
