房間坑很多，收費礦泉水擺放在醒目位置，免費礦泉水衹有一瓶。床單睡了身上很癢，衞生間洗漱盆不乾淨，毛巾有異味。特別指出，前台服務態度不好，出門一張電卡忘拔走，回去後不知所蹤，酒店要求賠付50/張，提醒住店的人前往注意。
