這個差評是你們酒店應得的，一般就算體驗感不好也不會評價，因為懶得打字。下面説説給出評價的具體原因。首先到前台辦入住時前台沒人，前台的電話一直響沒人管，我等了半天，實在沒忍住拋開素質大聲喊辦入住，才有人來辦理入住。入住後發現房間設施老舊，地毯牆面那些都破爛不堪，在房間上網發現使用流量網速很慢，就連接了wifi ，結果後面wifi就莫名其妙的沒了，我檢查路由器發現居然沒電……，很好，房間破沒網都可以忍了。第二天早上，從7.8點開始門外的聲音就沒斷過，簡直吵死，這隔音沒誰了。最奇葩後面9點過的時候，樓道里兩個小孩打鬧尖叫。沒錯，是尖叫！我沒忍住打開門查看，原來對面房間在收拾退房。為了引起注意我很大聲的重重關上門，希望引起他能管好自己孩子。確實有了效果，不一會兒聽到他們喊孩子不要吵鬧，但是沒有絲毫效果，我想打電話去前台，想了想算了，反正不會再來。後面又到了一點，保潔來敲門提醒，説前台問是否續住，不續住就退房。提醒我也完全能夠理解，我就回復了正在收拾馬上就退，結果保潔告知我，我的退房時間過了。由於當時沒有穿好衣服就沒有開門理論。實際我由於一連串的事件很氣憤。我從入住就仔細看了退房時間，也是根據退房時間設定的鬧鐘。結果沒到時間讓我可以走了。我退房將保潔的行為反正反饋給前台了，她們説的保潔正常提醒。對，提醒沒錯，但是你們是該告訴我我過了退房時間嗎？關鍵我在規定的入住時間內。你們酒店估計想錢想瘋了，房間紙都不捨得放，不放就算了，還要客人花錢買。這個是小事，所以放在最後説。綜上所述，酒店設施差，最關鍵服務差，最好別入住，好評應該是刷單刷的。

房間設施很好，我太喜歡床墊和枕頭的軟硬度以及室內合適的温度，睡着真是太助眠了。有專用的地下停車場，電梯直達樓下停車很方便；早餐花樣不多，但服務熱情，而且餐廳大姐做的米線那是非常好吃，熱騰騰的米線吃在肚裏暖在心裏。下次來還會再住

服務態度差，我們長者根本沒用她們的紅牛飲料，早上出門時就有，她們打掃清潔後，結帳時非説我們喝了一罐，非扣我們15元，酒店太黑了，打掃衞生的有問題。

升級後的房間，衞生間有異味；房間很小；一早告知不能延遲退房，遂退房後將行李寄存前台，中午返回後讓提供個房間更換衣物，堅決不同意，服務極差。

這個酒店位置在市中心，從22層房間往下看，風景很美，很漂亮的接待員馮桂英，熱心認真、不亢不卑、和藹可親、有問必答，這樣的服務態度水準值得表揚。她説（見在房間窗口看到的景色）那座橋叫做丙草崗大橋，橋下碧綠的即是金沙江。（見下圖 ）
