酒店在馬路邊上，很方便，免費停車需要酒店工作人員指路停車場，酒店依山傍路外觀不起眼，房間內很干淨，大床房间比較大，住宿比較舒服，我們的2023年除夕在酒店渡過，周邊環境好，吃飯购物方便，推荐

無熱水，入住前稱幾小時修好，夜裡會有，實際早上仍無熱水。電梯廢棄、樓道貌似很久沒打掃 可以看到步道走的區域外就是陳年黑黑老塵。無廁紙到前台要沒得，説一會送，就沒有然後了…唯一欣慰的可能就算床鋪用品至少看起倒是乾淨了吧。

酒店便宜，停車方便，附近沒吃的，要跑很遠才有，一樓（地下-3樓）比較安靜，但隔音很差，外面説話聽得清清楚楚，房間比較大，設施陳舊，空調咔咔響，吹不熱房間（可能是房間太大的原因）根據自己情況選擇吧，有車又想住便宜還是可以選擇

有點像住地下室的感覺，沒有電梯，自己提行李上4樓，氣喘吁吁，真不能叫賓館，性價比不高，不推薦。第二天換到仁和區住下才安心旅行一下。
