This stay was great! The hotel has an elegant environment and thoughtful service, giving people a home-like feeling. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is very comfortable and the hygiene is very good. The bathroom facilities are complete, there is plenty of hot water, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes very good. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city center and major attractions, making travel very convenient. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high. I am very satisfied with the services and facilities at this price. I highly recommend this hotel to friends who come to visit this city. I will choose this hotel next time!

The experience was very bad. The hotel had self-service check-in. When asked about the upgraded room type, the staff said they didn't know. The most bizarre thing was that when asked for an extra bath towel, they said they didn't have one. They asked for piecework, and there was a limit on the number of in and out, so you had to exchange the dirty ones. This was the first time I heard of such a rule for staying in a hotel. There was no one at the front desk, and the cleaning lady had no sense of service and was not enthusiastic. It was bad. The quality of the hotel's soft service can be seen from a small thing. I checked out with my friends and I won't come again next time~ I don't recommend it either
