房間熱水開了10多分鐘才出熱水，現在既然還有房卡掉了一張要扣30塊的5星級酒店

標準的老派五星級酒店，位置很好，雖然設施不算新，但硬件和服務都保持了五星級酒店標準，酒店周邊很熱鬧下樓附近就有很多吃的.下次還會選擇入住.

酒店的位置還是不錯，停車也比較方便，酒店樓層比較高，裝修還是比較簡潔，門口停車拿行李，大廳服務人員裝無視，房間本來通風不太好，空調效果還不好，聲音噪聲大，早餐過於簡單，房間價格在攀枝花屬於中間價位，體驗一次足矣。

作為攀枝花的老牌五星級，還真是讓人失了個大望。如果是普通商務酒店，還算將就。首先房間整體很暗，床墊很硬，還是老式席夢思床墊，地毯也挺臟的。再者，早餐7點半到10點，我們9點下樓吃早餐，居然絕大部分早餐已經沒有了，這已經過了春節高峯了，這接待力我也是佩服。恆温泳池温度26，在冬天，再怎麼也得在28吧，水太冷，沒法下水，所以什麼室內恆温泳池近乎於擺設了。不推薦～

老牌五星級酒店，曾是攀枝花市輝煌的見證。
中環天地商圈，和歡朋門對門，在高高的山崗上，位置有一丟丟的偏，雖然打車方便，但是路上和點外賣的耗時都更長，而且下山的路早晚高峯也容易堵車。酒店自帶停車場，大堂也有上下車環島，配套方便。
大廳大氣，無論面積層高和佈局都碾壓本市其它酒店。房間內面積足夠，佈局合理，温馨舒適，檔次還是看得出來，但陳舊也比較明顯，wifi也不是很穩定。
服務還是非常不錯的，無論前台、客房清掃還有餐廳，都非常熱情，注重細節，體現了酒店的管理水平。
早餐相對於級別來説（本市唯一五星，衹能和其它城市比），不算豐盛，但已經是本市的天花板了，算是碾壓。
總體來説，設施偏舊，位置略遠，但服務更加全面且水準更高，看個人需求吧。

入住體驗很不好，1.定的是含晚餐的房間，辦理入住和前台小哥再三確認是否需要預約座位，回覆是不需要，辦理入住就預約好了，結果到晚餐時間告知沒有收到預約，無法用餐，後經餐廳一個漂亮小姐姐協調才處理好，2.客人在房間，也有開免打擾，服務員門都不敲，直接拿卡開門就進來了，請問如果是客人再洗澡或者做其他羞羞的事豈不是大家都尷尬，3，酒店WIFI必須得輸入你自己手機然後提供驗證碼才能使用，試問現在電信詐騙這麼多，你能確保安全嗎？打電話給酒店説是當地政府要求，我馬上打市長熱線12345 回覆是酒店自己行為，政府從來沒相關要求

房間視野開闊，床上用品整潔舒適，酒店裝修有點年限感，但進入大廳到房間設施設備保養的比較好，整體體驗感都非常不錯，加上服務人員熱情周到的服務倍感温馨。
