Acesso à piscina praticamente impossível. Necessária marcação mas dado o tamanho do Hotel e a possibilidade de uso externo tornam a experiência simplesmente dolorosa. Ter em atenção que o acesso à piscina é pago à parte e tem limite de tempo. No dia da chegada, e apesar de nos termos dirigido ao SPA para marcar vaga, já não havia disponibilidade.
A sanita por limpar à chegada, cheiro a esgoto dentro da casa de banho e quarto, lençois sujos, travesseiros horríveis e as três camas/colchões antigas e desconfortáveis.
Quarto no último piso com apenas duas "clarabóias" como fonte de luz natural e pouca iliminação do quarto. Barulho no corredor com chão em madeira. Pessoas a falar no quarto ao lado como se estivessem dentro do nosso quarto. Frigorífico/Minibar demasiado ruidoso.
Pequeno almoço muito limitado e com produtos de fraca qualidade.
Não é definitivamente um hotel de 4 estrelas.
Acabamos por sair antes do fim da estadia apesar de o Hotel se ter recusado a cancelar a reserva ou minimamente tentar resolver a situação. Rececionista sem qualquer vontade ou preocupação em resolver a nossa insatisfação.
Íamos para descansar e não descansamos absolutamente nada. Não voltaremos a este hotel e não o aconselhamos a ninguém.

The hotel bar has a very nice menu and we often go there for lunch. The staff are absolutely wonderful and the facilities are great. We have had breakfast here but the quality was really awful from an English point of view and we would not repeat the experience. However, for us it is one of the best places to stop for a beer in nice surroundings and we know we will always be well treated.

Ha sido un fin de semana de spa genial. todo muy limpio, la comida en buffet muy rica. Hotel muy tranquilo en zona de campo, genial para los amantes del Golf. si tuviera que poner alguna pega seria la bañera muy pegadita a la pared. volveré al mismo lugar

Muy buena atencion, desde el servicio, pasando por recepcion y el personal de los comedores. Salones disponibles, Inmensos aparcaderos.Muchas opciones de caminar a pié, Campo de Golf, Joyas romanicas en los alrededores. Tranquilo, cercano a la fuente de Augas Santas.

Nos hemos alojado un par de noches, además hemos hecho uso del circuito termal y del campo de golf. El bufet de desayuno correcto, la habitación muy amplia pero le faltan detalles y renovación de algunas cosas; contar con dos almohadas y que sean de calidad, renovar colchones y poner la alcachofa de la ducha de frente, no de medio lado. Buen detalle las brochetas de fruta y el agua de cortesía a la llegada. La atención del personal de 10.

Buena atención, instalaciones cuidadas, limpias y de buen gusto. Los exteriores muy bonitos y bien mantenidos. Cama doble supergrande. Spa completo y agradable. Interesante la zona de piscina exterior. Desayuno buffet muy rico y variado. De los mejores que hemos tomado.

Desde el personal de recepción, el de balneario, limpieza y animación restaurante todo excelente. Un hotel para repetir. Desde aquí se pueden hacer varias excursiones hablando con el personal del hotel recomendamos especialmente la del tren de los viñedos y la del castillo de Monforte.
