Very close to Metro Hoche. Room cleanliness was good. The only downside is the surrounding area, specially at night, not a very good area, specially for solo traveller., many yougsters selling cigarrettes and stuff, a bit scary for tourist.. receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Compact room, nice & friendly staff, cheap & value for money, easy access to metro station (only a few minutes to walk to). But the carpet is so dirty and the location is bit far from tourist attractions.

It's a good choice to go to the Zenith Hall to watch a concert. It feels pretty good and is super close to the subway station.
