It was a serene and pleasant stay, the staff super helpful and welcoming, the place a paradise even if the structure is a bit dated the outside is very well cared for and the services well organized.

Far overpriced for the stay. I paid £100/night. Was not expecting luxury but what I found felt about half the value. The air conditioning is controlled by a computer at reception and you have to go ask them to turn it back on every morning. Breakfast was very disappointing and they even charged a non-refundable fee of €5 for the use of a pool towel (despite telling me I’d get my €5 back when I brought the towel back). Floor was sticky and light bulbs burnt out in the room. Don’t pay more than €50/nt for this place. Barely worth that.

Our room was located close to the reception and from the early morning we could hear the noise from the hallway. That made sleeping after 6am hard. Breakfast was quite limited.
However, location was great, fantastic swimming pools and access to the beach.

Spacious resort on the seashore with grest pool
Reception bar gym lady and massage lady perfect and friendly. The restaurant had problems. Everything difficult. Even if asking no glutenfree options or bread. Not possible to get an espresso for breakfast not possible to order two glasses of wine for lunch only bottles. Breakfast not ready in time waited 20 min for coffe. Closed also before time. Not serviceminded. All the rest super!

We stayed in this hotel with friends. At the reception - check in, nothing was explained to us - no information about spa, breakfast hours. People barely speak english. Waiters are not friendly at all, replying by yes or no. No explanation. Location is great but big big room for improvement regarding hospitality. Anyway, this will be our first and last time. Try to avoid.

Ottimo hotel con buonissimo ristorante e personale giovane e molto gentile. Belle le piscine e comodo la discesa al mare. Un po’ caro il menù alla carta del pranzo. Brava Francesca per il fitness e bravissimo il chitarrista che suonava dal vivo dopocena. Mi piacerebbe tornarci se i prezzi non cambiano!

Sono stato quattro notti, ma credetemi non sarei più tornato il posto e fantastico gestito in maniera sublime e uno staff di altissimo livello. Nota particolare merita la brigata di cucina che ci ha deliziato con piatti ben cucinati in buffet ricco e molto vario . Ci siamo trovati benissimo, grazie di tutto e alla prossima

Bel hotel ben tenuto, ottima posizione per quanto riguarda l'accessibilità al mare - bella camera "superior" con bel balcone ma pulizia della stanza da migliorare - buona biancheria - 3 bellissime piscine con comodi lettini e baldacchini - cene buffet vari e eccellenti - molto conveniente la possibilità di pranzi leggeri a bordo piscina - buona colazione ma tostapane non pratico a tutti, - efficaci sessioni di fitness dirette da Francesca, molto simpatica e coinvolta nel suo lavoro - visite / tour / gite molto interessanti organizzate dalle 2 guide molto professionali e competenti dell'hotel con presentazione delle visite all'inizio del soggiorno - servizio navetta da/per aeroporto molto comodo e puntuale - personale accogliente, cordiale, competente

Location spaziale. Spazi esterni una poesia. 3 piscine di acqua di mare veramente belle e ben tenute. Struttura affacciata sul mare, con tramonto africano tutte le sere. Personale top, persone gentilissime. Al bar sotto i baristi deliziosi, la musica del chitarrista Angelo Completa e rende ancora più magica l’atmosfera dell’aperitivo e il dopocena. Si mangia molto bene grazie ai cuochi e al personale di cucina. Bellissima situazione!
