Simply SHAMEFUL! We had booked 2 rooms for 3 people asking for an extra bed because there were 7 of us, we were told that it was fine and when we arrived we were told that it was impossible! The manager didn't even say hello to us, she was very unpleasant and threatened to throw us out if there were 7 of us even though I had a confirmation email. We had to find an extra room (week of August 15 so it was hard to find a room) in a hurry so it cost extra! She never said hello to us because she didn't like us! She also argued with the neighbors next door, in fact as soon as something wasn't going well she would come running to yell at you. Maria has a real problem, she would do better to retire instead of annoying the people who make her a living! We quickly understood that most of the vacationers were her friends so she was very attentive, but as for the others she is just there to get the money back. Old accommodation, not enough cutlery, a bath towel was missing, the coffee maker didn't work and there was an invasion of ants! Maria didn't give us any explanation on arrival about how the hotel worked because she simply yelled at us, she's a real policeman, she controlled our every move! In short, if you're not her friends or family, RUN AWAY! She didn't even apologize to us and when she left, neither hello nor goodbye. UNACCEPTABLE
