My daughter and I had a wonderful week here at Marelina Villas. It was lovely and quiet, the rooms were basic but clean. The staff (especially Athena) were great. Breakfast was good (especially the yoghurt)! Panormo itself is really charming, as are all the people. Lovely restaurants in the village and the sea is wonderful!

Far exceeded our expectations. Booked purely for the view and swimming pool. Apartment was far more than we expected. Generous sized bedroom, shower room, kitchen and living area. Double French doors from bedroom and living room out onto balcony , across road from beach. 50ft away from nearest cafe. Back of apartment leads onto pool , with sun loungers and umbrellas. There’s a downstairs area for breakfast, which is typical Mediterranean style. Upstairs there is a bar and reception. All of this come alive thanks to Michalis and Athina. They work continuously to ensure all guests have a fabulous holiday. This is a three star accommodation, although I would score it higher, do not go expecting five star luxury and I’m sure you’ll be very pleasantly surprised.

I stayed at Marelina villas for a week in July with my mum, and it was absolutely lovely. We had room 115 which was so special as it looked directly out to the sea, and also meant you could step out to the breakfast terrace in the morning. And on that note, breakfast was delicious. Everything was fresh, and a mix of continental and fresh poached eggs. The room was really clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and an amazing bathroom (really modern with a walk in rain shower). The villas are perfectly located in the quiet fishing village, moments away from the sea (with three beaches within walking distance) and minutes from a variety of tavernas - our favourite being George and Georgia! We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

AVOID!! PATHETIC SERVICE AND STAY!! We had a booked a 1 BHK with sea view , but when we reached in the evening we were given a studio with a call from the owner saying she will explain tomm. WIth not much choice stayed overnight, and the next afternoon, she casually says we are double booked, stay if you want or else GO!! We managed to get another resort at the last minute, and asked for a refund through Booking , which we were reassured that it will processed asap. This was back in AUGUST. Its NOVEMBER now , and havent seen any refund yet. I am just going back and forth between Booking and Marelina .. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! SPOILED WHAT WAS A LOVELY 7 days perfect holiday for our family... and all this with a young child in tow!!!

Perfect in a thousand ways - great location only a few meters from the sea - quiet small picturesque seaside village with nice tavernas, couple of bars and nice beaches - very close to many beautiful places to visit like the amazing city of Rethymno - very clean and cozy rooms with amazing sea and sunset view - delicious breakfast - very friendly owners always there to assist you the best possible way - perfect summer holiday destination for couples and families - I highly recommend it.

Tolle, kleines Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und sauberen Zimmern. Im Familienzimmer war eine kleine Küchenzeile vorhanden, sodass man eine Kleinigkeit zu essen zubereiten kann. Der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen und das Frühstück war zwar einfach, aber ausreichend.

Παρα πολυ ωραιος και φιλοξενος χωρος, το προσωπικο επισης πολυ συμπαθητικο. Αισθανθηκα σα στο σπιτι μου καθως οι χωροι ειναι πολυ ομορφα διαμορφωμενοι. Το δοματειο ειναι μεγαλο εχοντας οτι χρειαζομαστε, τα περισσοτερα απο τα διαμερισματα εχουν θεα την πισινα, τα υπολοιπα την θαλασσα που ναι ακριβως διπλα. Ειναι κοντα στο ρεθυμνο, στο μπαλι και μια ωρα απο χανια οπως κι απο ηρακλειο. Πολυ καλη επιλογη για διακοπες. Η πιο κοντινη παραλια με ωραια νερα ειναι οι Σπηλιες ~4km
