Not so bad. But the quality of the food can be better all in all not again this Hotel.

We are leaving Bali paradise and I can say that I would say it was a beautiful stay. They have two pools and a beach hut that provides foods and drink. They have two restaurants that need booking and a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only negative I have is that the limited amount of sun loungers. They have a policy to not reserve them but people still do and disappear for hours on end and it makes it hard to have a relaxing day by the beach and pool. They provide a water slides on the grounds. I didn’t get the chance to experience it but it’s definitely worth the try! They provided a cake and a bottle of bubble for my birthday and it made the day even more special.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights — a family of two adults and two children. We checked in in the evening, so there was no wait — we got our room right away. The room was great, with access to the garden, from which you could immediately walk up to the pool. At check-in, we were only given one key with a magnetic tag that serves as the card to activate the electricity in the room. Tip: ask for a second separate key so that the electricity stays on. This way, you can leave the air conditioner running when you go to the lobby, beach, or pool. The good thing is that the A/C is individual (not central) and can be controlled via remote. The room is simple, the furniture is old but not broken. The bathroom has been renovated and looks luxurious compared to the rest of the room. One odd thing — shampoo and shower gel are not replenished. So for a family of four, you get 8 small bottles (4 shampoo, 4 gel), and once they're used up — that's it, even if your stay isn’t over. There’s a fridge in the room, and upon arrival, you’ll find two 1.5-liter bottles of water — no more, no less. Once you drink them, they won’t be replaced. Another oddity — the bar doesn’t provide bottled water for free, even with All Inclusive. If you want some, you’ll have to buy it. Tip: bring your own empty bottles (like gym bottles) and ask to fill them up — that worked. Room cleaning is done every other day. They do a decent job, but for some reason, they ignore the bathroom mirror. The hotel has two pools located right next to each other. There were always enough loungers available, especially since we’re early birds who avoid the midday sun. Hotel rules prohibit reserving loungers — if you leave a towel for more than an hour, staff may remove it at the request of other guests looking for loungers. Tip: if you take a lounger, leave not just your towel but also some personal items. And just treat others kindly. One annoying thing at the pool — jumping into the water from the edge is strictly forbidden and closely monitored. This is especially disappointing for kids who love jumping in. Not sure why, but we were warned a couple of times. There’s a small symbolic water park with three slides. Safety rules are enforced — for example, if a child is slightly below the height requirement (120 cm, I think), they can’t ride. You decide for yourself. Our kids went on the slides and enjoyed them. But if there are too many people, it’s not very comfortable. Also, the slides are closed on Thursdays. The pool bar opens at 10 AM. They serve alcoholic cocktails, soft drinks, coffee, tea, etc. The selection isn’t huge, but it was enough. The lobby bar only opens at 6 PM — so if you’re used to Turkish-style Ultra All Inclusive, this might disappoint you. As for queues in the lobby — it varies from day to day. The cocktail selection is better there and quite tasty. Particularly good were the Aperol, Starboard Sour, Amaretto Sour, Long Island, and San Francisco. During the day, you can ge

4 star all inclusive- but Iv had better 4 stars. The framissa entertainment team ignore you if your English! So rude and childish, seen others say this to on here. Mainly caters for French people. Food average. Top note! hotel Staff so friendly. Nice quiet area. Good pools. Attached beach was awful so we travelled via the magic shuttle to beach 12 which is gorgeous. Long wait for cocktails! Clearly watered down alcohol especially the wine and cocktails! Nothing had me tuned in! And I’m A light weight! I kept asking my husband did they actually put alcohol in them! We had a garden terrace which was lovely but we all got bitten! I would return as the room Was spacious and had good air conditioning, but it was very dated! Hotel ok overall, Cleaning staff brill! Overall we did enjoy the holiday but there was a few issues, mainly the entertainment team playing loud music dancing and not entertaining the English children! Why do they have a problem with the English! I don’t know.

We had a wonderful week at the Mitris Bali Paradise. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic, fresh with lots of choice. The areas of the hotel that have been renovated are stunning. Be prepared for rooms not to have been updated at this point. The pools are smaller than expected but are nice. The beach is nice but there are not enough sunbeds. We often shared one between 4 of us. Bali itself is worth exploring particularly the old port. The land train made it easy to get about. One thing that does need addressing is the evening bar system. It peak times you can queue for 10-15 minutes which really isn't acceptable. We were travelling with teenagers who were not interested in joining with the animation team. On previous holidays they have. The team here only appeared to approach French families and the vast majority of activities were advertised in French only so if we had of wanted to join in, we wouldn't have known what was going on. Overall a great stay at a lovely hotel in a stunning location- the views were breathtaking.

Positives: The location is good. not directly on the beach, but only about a 10-minute walk away. Do note that the hotel is situated on a hill, which could be important for those with accessibility needs. The pools and poolside drinks were fine, though nothing particularly memorable. The food was generally good and seemed fresh and healthy, with a nice variety of salads and lighter options. However, the selection was quite similar from day to day. Negatives: The room setup felt very basic for a 4-star all-inclusive. For example, there was only one mug in the room, and the fridge had just two bottles of water with no daily replenishment, quite disappointing. English was limited, even for general entertainment activities. My child joined a kids’ dance/game group but couldn’t follow along because everything was in another language. Food service could be inconsistent. Some of the better dishes were finished early and weren’t replaced with similar items, leaving the later options less appealing. All à la carte restaurants were fully booked during our stay, and the chances of getting a booking were very limited, which felt a bit unfair for an all-inclusive experience.

This hotel stay was a bit of a tale of two hotels—an old one and a new one. We travelled at the end of July with three other groups of friends. Although we all arrived at the same time, the hotel didn’t know our bookings were related. The first group to check in was given a renovated room (you can clearly see the difference in the hotel’s images), while the other three families were given unrenovated rooms that were, at best, 3-star quality and very dated. Two of the families were initially offered rooms in the basement that were dark, outdated, and in poor condition. We complained to reception and were told there were no alternative rooms available. After some persistent complaints, we were eventually offered different rooms that were somewhere between the old and new ones in terms of renovation—nicer, but still not up to 4-star standards. Facilities and Pool Area The pool area is lovely—very clean and well-maintained. However, you do need to get up early to secure a sunbed. The pool bar serves good drinks and decent coffee, which was a nice touch. Dining Options and Food Quality There is one main restaurant, along with Italian and Cretan à la carte restaurants that you can book into—if you can find availability. The food in the main restaurant is very repetitive: salads, chips, grilled chicken and fish, along with a few tray-baked dishes and vegetables. While the quality is decent, it’s nothing memorable. Notably missing were items you'd expect from a 4-star all-inclusive: no steak on the grill, and no omelet station at breakfast. A major issue was the food availability between meal times. Breakfast ends at 10:00am, lunch runs from 12:00 to 2:30pm, and dinner starts at 6:30pm. In between, there’s only a small selection of fruit and cakes available at the bar—no snack bar, no hot dogs or pizza. I’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort that offered so little between meals. We arrived around 3:00pm and were told there was no food available until dinner—just some cakes. We asked for gluten-free options and were told the kitchen was closed. This is simply not acceptable for the price we paid. Evening Bar and Drinks There is only one bar in the evening. They serve very nice cocktails, but they take a long time to make, resulting in long waits—often 10 to 20 minutes, with queues 10+ people deep. That said, the bar staff were super friendly. Unfortunately, the house red, white, and rosé wines were of poor quality, and several friends said the beer tasted very watered down. Entertainment and Atmosphere All entertainment was in French, and entirely staff-run—no external shows, and nothing of real quality or much interest. This was disappointing and didn’t meet expectations for a 4-star resort. Surrounding Area The area itself is very nice, with a few shops and restaurants nearby. The sea is beautiful and was a highlight of the trip. Final Thoughts We had a great week because we were with friends, and the cocktails helped make things fee
