Philoxenia Villas

The accommodation is presented and appointed as the photos show. Be aware that you cannot use the pool between 2.30pm and 5.30pm on any day. See attached photo. Unfortunately other guests decided to ignore this, as well as to leave their own young children unattended and misbehaving. Therefore as a result we were effectively unable to use the pool facility. Subsequently the manager was spotted staring at us from a distance, which unnerved my children. The manager/owner pointed to his many fine reviews when I raised this with him. An apology would have been more appropriate. Other points to note, that the wifi is good and the local town is fabulous. We found the master bedroom mattress too firm for our liking. My wife and I suffering back pain.

Beautiful villa . Very well equipped with everything you need. Lovely roof terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs. Small balcony from the kitchen Pool was lovely and owner very helpful . In walking distance to restaurants and shops

Super nicely furnished and decorated house with all and more of the equipment you could expect. Ideal location in the village with parking facilities alongside the house. Very helpful and welcoming housekeeper. Manolis you are the best !

Lovely quiet location. Very comfortable and well equipped villa excellently cleaned every other day. Good size pool and terraces. Small and friendly village with a selection of excellent restaurants. Beach very near. Would definitely come back.

We had a great time! The villa is central and close to the beach and serval dining opportunities. If there was any issue or things we needed, Mr. Manolis fixed it in no time. It was also very clean in the Villa and around the facilety. We also got cleaning service in our Villa every second day👌we will defintly visit Philoxenia Villa again some day😊
