After some days in Kalifornia, this is the wonderful retreat a little off the coast. Excellent service, very nice people and the room I was given was very spacious and had a wonderful view! The salon with the fire place was regularly used by myself on the evenings to chill and enjoy a very cosy home athmosphere. Thank you very much! I will come back soon. S.

This place is just magical. The restaurant, the area the staff and the food. We spent there one night and I already want to go back. You can rent the super cool myBoo bikes which are handcrafted in Ghana and go for a trip to the beach through beauty of landscape. I feel like I have been on a one week vacation. So relaxing and magical. Thank you ever so much to the whole team of Ole Liese!!

On the occasion of my husband‘s birthday I booked 2 nights on ‚Gut Panker‘. Just a few things only were not ok but not worth mentioning. All others were perfect espec. the meals and the friendlyness and service-orientation of the staff. Also the meeting with Volker Fuhrwerk as well as with his ‚Ladychef of the Garden‘ (Andrea) was a great pleasure. Thks to all for such a enjoyable time at ‚Gut Panker‘ - will definitely come back!

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful hotel and restaurant. Situated in an ancient farmhouse with nice surroundings including a charming castle. The two restaurants are excellent, the service is friendly. The rooms are comfortable. We will surly come back.

We spent 2 nights in this beautiful hotel and restaurant. Situated in an ancient farmhouse in a amazing countryide. The restaurant we eated (Ole Liese) is excellent, the service is friendly. The rooms are comfortable, it’s realy calm and peaceful.

Im Zimmer "Brunello" im Hotel Ole Liese haben wir eine angenehme Zeit mit mehreren Übernachtungen verbracht. Das angenehm eingerichtete Zimmer lädt zum Innehalten und Entspannen ein, ebenso die zur Verfügung stehende Sauna. Das Bett ist bequem, die Ausstattung mit Fön, Duschgel und Shampoo, Handtüchern und Bademantel sowie Dusche und Badewanne vollständig. Auf dem Zimmer gab es neben einer netten Sitzecke auch eine Kaffeemaschine und im Aufenthaltsraum im Erdgeschoss des Gästehäuser eine kleine Teeküche sowie im Keller einen Getränkeautomaten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Zimmerservice sehr gut! Das Frühstück ist angenehm, da es Service am Tisch gibt. Es gab u.a. selbstgemachte Marmelade und eine üppige Auswahl a la Cart. Allgemein fühlten wir uns in angenehmer Atmosphäre gut aufgehoben. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus vorhanden. Das Ein- und Aus-Checken sowie die Bezahlung waren unkompliziert und zügig. Der Kontakt im allgemeinen war freundlich. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Gut Panker im Hotel Ole Liese!

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Verweilen und Wohlfühlen. Wir hatten ein hübsches Zimmer mit toller Lage. Der Rundumservice vom Frühstück über Kaffee und leckeren Kuchen bis zum Essen in der Ole Liese waren herausragend. Wir können die schlechten Bewertungen gar nicht verstehen! Wir haben das Team als freundlich und kompetent erlebt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Unvergesslich.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel und Restaurant. Ein Ort zum Erholen und Entspannen. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Excellenter Service und Qualität der Speisen Sehr schöne Zimmer und Suiten. Leider gab es abends Mücken im Zimmer
