連鎖酒店的價格，訂到這樣的房間，還含洗浴和早餐，真是太滿意了，車停到停車場的一瞬間，以為來錯了酒店！ 前台接待高效，房間服務貼心送了水果和菊花茶，餐廳得飯菜量大而且味道不錯，早餐也豐盛，總之一切都很好，喜歡盤錦，還會再來！

停車免費，超大停車場。服務人員素質太差，退房時，四個服務員站那沒一個主動打招呼説話的，説話不懂禮貌，入住退房全程板著臉，酒店房間的留言紙居然都捲了角了也沒換。這麼貴的價格，飲用水居然收費，這種級別的酒店很少見。早餐種類一般，種類湊活，對得起他的價格，但與酒店定位不匹配，牛奶早早就沒了，一直沒補，酸奶喝起來十足的添加劑的味道，小甜餅味道好，服務人員衹顧面上的收盤子，桌子底下衞生紙一堆沒人清理。房間床墊很舒服。

崑崙大酒店很棒，停車場巨大，大堂布置豪華，房間很温馨乾淨整潔，特別説明的是入住的客人可以免費在一層泡温泉，客房裡的淋浴水也是温泉，洗在身上滑滑的，估計是温泉中礦物質的原因，房間裏有歡迎水果，早餐也很豐富。印象很好下次還住崑崙大酒店。還有辦婚禮的，祝福一對新人百年好合。

房間還不錯，特別是床品軟硬合適，客房服務挺温馨的，第二天還給送泡腳盆到房間裏。贈送崑崙洗浴門票兩張。
