第一次睡炕，沒睡好，還是不太習慣，太硬了，早知道應該多要兩床褥子。房間挺大的，位置還行，離紅海灘開車20分鐘，去營口市區半個小時，周圍十分的荒涼，沒有超市，夜晚散步基本看不到什麼人，可能是開發區商家還沒入駐。旁邊的餐廳（吃大骨頭的，忘了叫啥了）還挺好吃的，感受到了東北的菜碼。

性價比很不錯，房間很大、很寬敞，隔音好、乾淨、網速快，特別是地暖很給力，對於從上海來的我都可以在房內露膀子的温暖。
唯一的缺點是周邊最近的外賣距離12公里，在周邊商業發展起來前是否能考慮在一樓大堂或食堂或櫃枱用個小型的小賣部，滿足旅客的就餐需求。

環境差，衞生差，房間有蟲子，不隔音，隔壁房間動靜聽得清清楚楚。
房間續住不整理床鋪，不打掃衞生，洗澡沒熱水。
