房間很寬敞，布草很乾凈整潔。清明出行趕上天氣涼，集中供暖還停了，有點冷，但是服務人員非常熱情暖心，主動提供了熱水袋還加了被子。晚上在房間叫了送餐服務，酒店的餐廳味道菜品味道非常好，本地特產大米，早餐的米粥很香濃。酒店院裏的環境很好，早起散步很舒服。帶了兩個孩子，退房還贈送了小禮物，很暖心。

超出想象的好，這個價格住到這種品質的酒店是我沒想到的，服務也是超級好。孩子們在這裏打羽毛球，高爾夫，玩得不亦樂乎。

這個酒店完全驚艷到我了，雖然位置稍微偏一些才提供了這麼幽靜宜人的環境。推開房門就是各種博物館展品。房間很大，床品也很舒服，因為到的比較晚就叫了房間送餐服務，量大味道也好。早餐也很豐盛，自製的香腸味道好極了。服務人員也很熱情，會幫忙拎行李送到房間。退房還讓小朋友玩了套圈遊戲，送了盤錦大米。吃過早飯到園區裏面溜達，江南風情的建築和翠霞湖，特別適合放鬆身心。有機會還會再來！

酒店內外環境堪稱完美，設施齊全，服務也很到位，特別是趕上秋季，樹葉都變顏色了，很是添景，是個很好的打卡地。用了一頓晚餐，服務員推薦套餐，品嚐後也很好，兩人份菜量最後還剩下不少，也許我們胃口太小了吧。值得推薦。

酒店環境衞生乾淨整潔，房間特別大，特別是酒店民俗文化的展示，驚訝了我，酒店外圍環境感覺進入公園，有植被和湖，空氣特別好，臨走時，前台還送了我們一袋盤錦大米體驗裝1公斤，特別感謝。對了，團購的酒店150元雙人晚餐，特別豐富，我們4個人都沒吃完，太實惠了，感覺這個套餐放在其他酒店起碼500元起步，真心不錯，給酒店點贊。

11號退房時由於趕時間衣服落在賓館大衣櫃內，酒店服務員收拾屋子後沒和我聯繫此事，之後打電話和前台服務員溝通，服務員説給找，但是結果説沒有，無人看見，我不知道是客房服務人員真沒看見還是佔為己有？
